Target roles in research and development
Zoetis's core business in animal pharmaceuticals and biologics means its deepest sponsorship activity sits in scientific and technical roles. Focus your search on R&D, regulatory affairs, and laboratory-facing positions where visa sponsorship is most common.
Understand which visas Zoetis supports
Zoetis sponsors H-1B, E-3, TN, J-1, and F-1 OPT and CPT, plus Green Card pathways. Knowing which category fits your nationality and background before you apply helps you ask the right questions during interviews and speeds up the process.
Australian nationals should consider the E-3 advantage
Zoetis has sponsored E-3 visas, making it a viable target for Australian candidates. The E-3 is faster and less costly for employers than the H-1B, which can make sponsorship conversations easier when you bring it up proactively.
Align your application to Zoetis's animal health focus
Generic applications get filtered out quickly. Framing your background around veterinary science, pharmaceutical manufacturing, biologics, or animal diagnostics signals genuine fit, and makes the business case for sponsorship much easier for hiring managers to justify.
Browse verified Zoetis openings on Migrate Mate
Filtering for roles at confirmed sponsors saves time. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can find Zoetis openings filtered by real sponsorship history, letting you focus your energy on applications that are actually worth pursuing.
Start sponsorship conversations early in the process
Zoetis is an established sponsor with internal immigration infrastructure, which means recruiters are familiar with the process. Raising your visa needs early, rather than at the offer stage, signals preparation and avoids last-minute complications for both sides.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Zoetis sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Zoetis sponsors H-1B visas and does so with regularity. The company is an active sponsor, particularly for roles in research, development, regulatory affairs, and technical operations tied to its animal health product portfolio. If you hold or need an H-1B, Zoetis is a credible target employer worth prioritizing in your search.
Which visa types does Zoetis sponsor?
Zoetis sponsors a broad range of visa categories, including H-1B, E-3 visa, TN visa, J-1 visa, F-1 OPT, and F-1 CPT for nonimmigrant work authorization. For permanent residency, the company also supports EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card petitions, making it one of the more comprehensive sponsors in the biotechnology and pharmaceuticals sector.
Which departments or roles at Zoetis are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at Zoetis tends to concentrate in roles requiring specialized scientific or technical expertise. Research and development, veterinary medicine, regulatory affairs, manufacturing sciences, and data analytics are the areas where international candidates are most commonly sponsored. Commercial and corporate functions occasionally sponsor too, but scientific roles have the strongest track record.
How do I find open jobs at Zoetis that offer visa sponsorship?
Migrate Mate is the most efficient way to find Zoetis roles confirmed to offer visa sponsorship. You can filter by company and visa type to surface only the positions relevant to your situation, rather than reading through individual job descriptions hoping sponsorship is mentioned. This saves significant time during a high-stakes job search.
How do I approach the interview process at Zoetis as a visa-dependent candidate?
Be upfront about your visa status early, ideally at the recruiter screen stage. Zoetis has an established immigration program and internal processes for handling sponsorship, so recruiters are generally familiar with the logistics. Come prepared to explain your visa category, your current authorization timeline, and any upcoming deadlines. Candidates who are organized and transparent tend to move through the process more smoothly.
