JAKKS Pacific, Inc., a leading designer and marketer of toys and consumer products, with a wide range of products that feature some of the most popular brands and children's toy licenses in the world, currently seeks an experienced, energetic, self-starter for the role of Project Specialist – Data Integrity for our Corporate Headquarters in Santa Monica, California.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordination across Marketing, Sales and Operations to ensure all item information is accurately gathered and entered in the system from the start of product creation
- Information gathering for basic data (product name, SKU’s, categories), technical specifications (dimensions, weight), and descriptive content (Assortments, PDQ’s, Displays, Exclusives)
- Manage the population of product data in the system to ensure it is accurate and functional
- Execute item creation in the JAKKS Portal
- Oversee quality control measures to ensure all item setup deliverables meet or exceed company standards
- Act as initial point of contact for item setup in JAKKS Portal
Skills & Experience required:
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Requires a high level of organizational skill to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and keep the team on schedule
- Must be able to identify and resolve issues or conflicts that arise during the item setup process
- Experience within the relevant industry, such as consumer goods or retail, is preferred
