- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with domestic and international suppliers, carriers, and warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments, verifying quantities and documentation against purchase orders
- Prepare and process customer orders, including packaging, labeling, and shipping documentation
- Monitor shipment progress and proactively communicate delivery updates to customers and internal stakeholders
- Maintain accurate inventory records, shipping logs, and transportation documentation within company systems
- Partner with logistics providers and carriers to schedule shipments, optimize routes, and resolve transportation issues

Qualifications
- Associate degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field, or 5+ years of relevant experience
- 5+ years of international logistics and shipping coordination experience across global trade lanes
- Experience with drop shipping and direct supplier-to-customer fulfillment models
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control procedures
- Experience with ERP, WMS, or TMS systems (Epicor preferred)
- Working knowledge of Free Trade Zone (FTZ) processes and international shipping compliance
- Experience coordinating with international carriers, especially airfreight providers
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage high-volume, time-sensitive shipments with strict deadlines
- Strong communication skills across customers, suppliers, and internal teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Experience in manufacturing or distribution environments
