Job Roles at CARVANA Companies
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in CARVANA Visa Sponsorship USA
Target tech and data roles first
Carvana's sponsorship activity is concentrated in software engineering, data science, and analytics. If your background sits in those areas, you're targeting the part of the organization with the strongest history of supporting international hires.
Highlight the Green Card pipeline early
Carvana has a strong track record of supporting permanent residence, not just temporary work authorization. If long-term stability matters to you, asking about their Green Card sponsorship policy during early conversations is reasonable and expected.
Apply through a platform that confirms real sponsorship
Not every job posting that mentions visa sponsorship follows through. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, making it easier to find legitimate Carvana roles that actually support international applicants.
Prepare for a structured, multi-stage interview process
Carvana's recruiting process for technical roles typically involves several rounds including technical assessments and cross-functional interviews. Starting your application early gives you time to prepare while keeping sponsorship conversations from feeling rushed.

Does CARVANA sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Carvana sponsors H-1B visas. The company has filed H-1B petitions across multiple years, primarily for roles in software engineering, data science, and related technical fields. If you're targeting an H-1B sponsorship, roles within Carvana's technology and product organization are your strongest entry point. Confirming sponsorship willingness early in the recruiter conversation is always a good practice.
What visa types does CARVANA sponsor?
Carvana sponsors H-1B visas, Green Card petitions through the EB-2 and EB-3 categories, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, and TN visas for eligible Canadian and Mexican nationals. This range makes Carvana a flexible option for international job seekers at different stages of their immigration journey, from recent graduates on OPT to experienced professionals pursuing permanent residence.
Which roles and departments at CARVANA are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at Carvana is most common in technical and analytical roles, including software engineering, data engineering, data science, machine learning, and product management. Operations and finance roles occasionally receive sponsorship as well, particularly at the senior level. Roles that are harder to fill domestically tend to get stronger employer support throughout the sponsorship process.
How do I find open visa-sponsored jobs at CARVANA?
Migrate Mate is the most reliable way to find Carvana roles that genuinely support visa sponsorship. The platform pulls from verified sponsorship data, so you can filter specifically for Carvana openings backed by a real filing history rather than relying on job descriptions that mention sponsorship without any track record behind them.
How do I time my application to CARVANA around the H-1B cap cycle?
The H-1B lottery registration window opens in March each year, with approved petitions taking effect on October 1. If you're targeting cap-subject H-1B sponsorship from Carvana, aim to have an offer finalized by February at the latest. Starting your application process in the fall or early winter gives both you and the employer enough runway to complete the required steps before registration opens.
