Position Overview
We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager to own how Kouper shows up in the market. You will be responsible for positioning, messaging, competitive intelligence, and sales enablement—translating our product capabilities into compelling narratives that resonate with healthcare buyers. What You’ll Do
- Develop and refine product positioning and messaging that differentiates Kouper in the healthcare AI market
- Create compelling sales enablement materials: pitch decks, battle cards, case studies, ROI calculators, and objection handling guides
- Own competitive intelligence—track competitor moves, analyze positioning, and arm the sales team with insights
- Partner with Product to translate technical capabilities into customer-facing value propositions
- Conduct market research and customer interviews to deeply understand buyer personas, pain points, and decision criteria
- Support product launches with go-to-market plans, messaging frameworks, and cross-functional coordination
- Enable the sales team through training sessions, playbooks, and ongoing content development
- Analyze win/loss data and customer feedback to continuously refine messaging and positioning
