- A strong portfolio highlighting professional work experience; strong ability to multitask and pivot quickly between projects; knowledge of building codes, zoning, jurisdictional processes, building materials, specifications, and construction techniques
- Proficiency in Rhino, Sketch-up, Test Fit and other 3D modelling software; Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Revit and AutoCAD and sketching skills a plus
- LEED or WELL accreditation is a plus
- Excellent written + verbal communication skills, client and consultant relationship management
