Velosio is seeking an Enterprise Business Development Representative (EBDR) to join our growing sales team. This role is designed for early career professionals looking to start a career in business development and technology sales. The EBDR is responsible for identifying potential enterprise clients, engaging prospects through outreach efforts, and generating qualified leads for our Account Executives.

YOUR DAY MIGHT LOOK LIKE:
Prospecting & Outreach:
- Research and identify potential clients across assigned industries and territories.
- Conduct outbound prospecting through phone calls, email sequences, and social media outreach.
- Leverage sales tools and CRM systems to manage prospect lists and track engagement.
Lead Qualification & Pipeline Development:
- Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns and events.
- Engage prospects in discovery conversations to identify business needs.
- Schedule introductory meetings for Account Executives with qualified decision makers.
- Maintain accurate and timely data entry in CRM.
Collaboration & Sales Support:
- Partner with Account Executives to develop targeted prospecting strategies.
- Share insights from conversations to support customized outreach and proposals.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving sales processes.
Professional Growth & Learning:
- Develop a deep understanding of Velosio’s offerings, including Microsoft Dynamics 365, NetSuite, and cloud services.
- Build foundational sales skills, including objection handling, value messaging, and client engagement.
- Receive coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback aimed at continuous career progression within Velosio.
- Opportunity to advance to Client Account Manager, Account Executive, or other sales/marketing roles.

- Bachelor’s degree (business, communications, or related field preferred).
- 1-2 years experience generating qualified leads in a business development capacity, preferably in tech or tech services.
