Target engineering and technical roles first
JAC Products' sponsorship activity is concentrated in technical disciplines tied to automotive manufacturing. Mechanical, structural, and manufacturing engineering roles are your strongest entry points if you're pursuing H-1B or Green Card sponsorship at this company.
Understand the visa types JAC Products supports
JAC Products sponsors H-1B, EB-2, EB-3, F-1 OPT, and TN visas. If you're on OPT or hold Canadian or Mexican citizenship, the TN pathway may be a faster alternative to the H-1B lottery for qualifying roles.
Use OPT as a foot in the door
JAC Products sponsors F-1 OPT, which means students can join the company before the H-1B lottery cycle. Starting on OPT gives you time to demonstrate value and build an internal case for long-term sponsorship.
Research which plant locations align with your role
JAC Products operates manufacturing and engineering facilities across multiple U.S. states. Knowing which location hires for your target role strengthens your application and helps you understand the local hiring team's priorities.
Align your application to H-1B lottery timing
If you're targeting H-1B sponsorship, secure your offer before March. USCIS opens H-1B registration in early March for an April 1 start date. Working backward from that deadline gives JAC Products' HR team enough lead time to file.
Filter for verified sponsors before you apply
Not every automotive employer sponsors visas consistently. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and find open roles at companies like JAC Products that have a confirmed track record.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does JAC Products sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, JAC Products sponsors H-1B visas. The company has filed H-1B petitions for skilled workers in technical and engineering roles tied to its automotive manufacturing operations. If you're targeting H-1B sponsorship, focus on roles where a specialized degree is a stated requirement, as those are most likely to qualify as specialty occupations under USCIS standards.
Which visa types does JAC Products sponsor?
JAC Products sponsors H-1B, EB-2, EB-3, F-1 OPT, and TN visas. This range covers temporary work authorization, student employment transitions, and permanent residency pathways. TN visas are available only to Canadian and Mexican citizens in qualifying professional categories, which can include certain engineering roles relevant to JAC Products' operations.
What types of roles at JAC Products are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at JAC Products tends to align with engineering and technical functions, particularly roles in mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, and product development. These positions require specialized degrees that support H-1B specialty occupation classification. Corporate and administrative roles are less commonly sponsored, though exceptions exist depending on the role and candidate qualifications.
How do I apply for a job at JAC Products as a visa sponsorship candidate?
Start by identifying open roles that match your engineering or technical background, then confirm the position aligns with your visa category before applying. Migrate Mate lists open roles at verified sponsoring employers, including JAC Products, so you can target your search to companies with a real sponsorship history. In your application, be upfront about your visa status early in the process to avoid timeline mismatches later.
How do I know if JAC Products will sponsor my Green Card?
JAC Products has sponsored Green Cards through the EB-2 and EB-3 employment-based immigrant visa categories, which typically require the employer to go through the PERM labor certification process. Green Card sponsorship is usually offered after you've established yourself in a role, not upfront. Discuss long-term immigration support during the offer negotiation stage, and ask specifically whether the company has immigration counsel experienced with EB-2 and EB-3 petitions.
