About the Role:

The Bag, Range, & Cart Attendant plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all golfers at our facility. This position is responsible for managing the distribution and collection of golf bags, carts, and other equipment, ensuring that all items are in excellent condition and readily available for use. The attendant will also assist customers with their needs, providing exceptional service and support to enhance their overall experience. By maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the range and cart areas, the attendant contributes to a welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits. Ultimately, this role is vital in promoting customer satisfaction and operational efficiency within the facility. This is a part-time seasonal role, May through October.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be 16 years of age and possess a valid driver's license.
• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a recreational or sports environment.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items, such as golf bags.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with golf equipment and terminology.
• Experience working in a golf course or similar recreational facility.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair of golf carts.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the distribution and collection of golf bags and carts to ensure availability for customers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bag, range, and cart areas, including regular inspections and upkeep.
• Assist customers with inquiries and provide support in using the facilities and equipment.
• Monitor equipment condition and report any maintenance needs to management promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and promote a positive atmosphere for all patrons.
