- Perform diagnostics, repair, and component replacement on Hisense TVs
- Identify hardware faults and carry out effective repair solutions
- Replace defective components and ensure proper reassembly and testing
- Perform functional testing after repairs to confirm issue resolution
- Follow service manuals, technical documentation, and safety procedures
- Document each job completed, including fault descriptions, parts replaced, and photos when required
- Communicate clearly with dispatchers, customers, and team members
- Complete service calls within agreed timeframes while maintaining high service quality
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience in printer servicing and/or consumer electronics repair (TV repair experience preferred)
- Experience working with Hisense TVs or similar TV brands is a strong advantage
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and follow service manuals and technical instructions
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Must have access to basic toolkits, ESD protection, and a smartphone with internet access
