Job Roles at New Belgium Brewing Company Companies
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in New Belgium Brewing Company Visa Sponsorship USA
Focus on technical and specialized roles
New Belgium's H-1B sponsorships are concentrated in roles requiring specialized expertise, such as brewing science, food safety engineering, or data analytics. Target positions where your degree directly maps to the job requirements rather than general operations roles.
Highlight cross-functional value in craft beverage production
New Belgium operates across brewing, supply chain, and sustainability functions. Candidates with expertise spanning multiple areas of Food & Beverage operations, such as quality assurance combined with process engineering, tend to stand out to employers sponsoring selectively.
Research their employee-ownership culture before applying
New Belgium is 100% employee-owned, which shapes how they evaluate cultural fit. Demonstrating genuine alignment with their cooperative values and sustainability mission can meaningfully strengthen your application alongside your technical qualifications.
Apply early in their hiring cycles
Because New Belgium sponsors selectively within Food & Beverage, visa-requiring candidates benefit from applying before headcount decisions are finalized. Early applications give hiring managers more time to pursue sponsorship approval internally, especially for specialized technical roles.
Use verified sponsorship data to prioritize your search
Not every Food & Beverage employer sponsors visas, so targeting verified sponsors saves significant time. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and focus your energy on companies like New Belgium that have an established track record.
Address sponsorship directly and professionally in your outreach
New Belgium's HR team handles sponsorship on a case-by-case basis. When reaching out to recruiters, frame your visa status clearly and early, emphasizing that H-1B sponsorship is a standard process you've navigated before, which reduces perceived risk for the employer.

Get Access To All JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does New Belgium Brewing Company sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, New Belgium Brewing Company sponsors H-1B visas. The company operates in the Food & Beverage industry and has demonstrated a willingness to sponsor qualified candidates in specialized roles. Sponsorship is selective rather than routine, so applicants should focus on positions where their credentials clearly justify the petition and align with a genuine skills gap the company needs to fill.
Which roles at New Belgium Brewing Company are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Visa sponsorship at New Belgium tends to follow specialized, degree-dependent roles where the company can demonstrate a qualifying specialty occupation. Areas like brewing science, food safety, quality engineering, and technical operations are the most plausible candidates. General management, sales, or administrative roles are far less likely to support an H-1B petition given the specialty occupation standard required by USCIS.
What is the typical hiring and sponsorship timeline at New Belgium Brewing Company?
New Belgium's hiring process generally follows standard corporate timelines, with multiple interview rounds before an offer. If sponsorship is required, the employer must file a Labor Condition Application with the Department of Labor before submitting the H-1B petition to USCIS. From initial application to work authorization, candidates should plan for a process spanning several months, particularly if premium processing is not used.
How do I find open visa-sponsored jobs at New Belgium Brewing Company?
The most efficient approach is to search on Migrate Mate, which aggregates open positions from verified H-1B sponsors and lets you filter by company and sponsorship history. This way you can confirm New Belgium has an active role before investing time in a tailored application. Applying directly through the company's careers page after identifying a relevant opening is also recommended.
How do I strengthen my application for a sponsored role at New Belgium Brewing Company?
Lead with the technical depth of your background rather than visa logistics. New Belgium is an employee-owned company with a strong sustainability and craft identity, so demonstrating genuine alignment with those values alongside your specialized qualifications carries real weight. Be transparent about your visa status early in conversations, frame sponsorship matter-of-factly, and ensure your resume clearly connects your degree field to the specific role you're targeting.
