Match your credentials to LCA wage requirements
Before applying, verify that your expected compensation aligns with the DOL prevailing wage for Waiter roles in the specific location where Premium Waters is hiring. Mismatches between offered wages and LCA-certified rates are a common early stumbling block for food service workers.
Confirm OPT authorization covers food and beverage work
If you're on F-1 OPT, your authorized field must connect to your degree program. Hospitality, culinary arts, or hotel management degrees typically satisfy this for Waiter roles. Document that connection explicitly in your application materials before your start date.
Target locations with active Premium Waters hiring
Premium Waters operates across multiple sites, and Waiter openings are not evenly distributed. Search Migrate Mate to filter open Waiter positions at Premium Waters by location so you're applying where actual hiring activity is concentrated, not just where the brand has a presence.
Prepare for employer-led PERM requirements early
For EB-2 or EB-3 sponsorship, PERM requires your employer to demonstrate that no qualified U.S. workers are available. Start documenting your specialized experience or formal hospitality training well before an offer stage, since PERM timelines can stretch beyond a year.
Address TN eligibility for Canadian and Mexican applicants
TN status is available for qualifying hotel and food service occupations, but the job duties must fit the approved TN occupation list. If Premium Waters offers TN sponsorship for your Waiter role, confirm with the hiring manager that the position description is written to satisfy USCIS and CBP scrutiny at the border.
Clarify sponsorship scope before accepting an offer
Some employers sponsor for initial status but do not commit to Green Card sponsorship. Ask your Premium Waters recruiter directly whether the role includes EB-2 or EB-3 pathways and at what point in your tenure that process typically begins, so your long-term status plan is clear from day one.

Find Waiter at Premium Waters JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Premium Waters sponsor H-1B visas for Waiters?
Waiter roles at Premium Waters are not typically associated with H-1B sponsorship, since H-1B classification requires a specialty occupation that generally demands a bachelor's degree or higher in a specific field. Most food and beverage service positions do not meet that standard. Premium Waters' sponsorship activity for Waiters tends to focus on employment-based Green Card pathways and status categories like F-1 OPT and TN rather than H-1B.
How do I apply for Waiter jobs at Premium Waters?
You can browse and apply for open Waiter positions at Premium Waters through Migrate Mate, which filters job listings by visa sponsorship type so you can confirm eligibility before applying. When applying, tailor your resume to highlight customer-facing hospitality experience, food safety certifications, and any prior work in beverage or table service environments, since those details align directly with what food and beverage employers assess at the screening stage.
Which visa types does Premium Waters commonly use to sponsor Waiter roles?
Premium Waters has sponsored Waiter roles using F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, TN, and employment-based Green Card categories including EB-2 and EB-3. F-1 OPT and CPT are common for students in hospitality or culinary programs. TN is an option for Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying food service occupations. EB-3 is the most accessible Green Card route for skilled or unskilled service roles when the employer is willing to pursue PERM labor certification.
What qualifications does Premium Waters expect for sponsored Waiter positions?
Premium Waters typically looks for prior front-of-house experience in a structured food and beverage setting, familiarity with point-of-sale systems, and a working knowledge of food safety practices. Formal culinary or hospitality training strengthens your application, particularly if you're applying on F-1 OPT and need to demonstrate that the role connects to your degree program. Fluency in English and availability for variable shifts are standard expectations across most locations.
How do I time my application around visa sponsorship processing for a Waiter role?
If you're on F-1 OPT, start the application process at least three to four months before your OPT end date to allow time for an offer, onboarding, and any required USCIS filings. For EB-3 Green Card sponsorship, the PERM labor certification process alone can take one year or more before an I-140 petition is filed, so alignment with your employer on long-term sponsorship intent matters from the beginning of the hiring conversation.
