KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
IT Support:
- Provide day-to-day technical support for hardware, software, VOIP desk phones, and Microsoft 365.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported problems promptly.
- Update support ticket with relevant resolution details.
Software Management:
- Install, configure, and update software applications.
Documentation:
- Create or maintain detailed records of IT systems, processes, and troubleshooting steps.
- Create or maintain user guides, best practices, or documentation for internal use.
Project Assistance:
- Support other IT-related projects as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proven experience as an IT generalist or support technician
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows 11 desktop and Windows 2019/2022 server environments
- Understanding of basic networking concepts (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Microsoft 365 – Office, Teams, OneDrive

- Experience with Avigilon security cameras and software
