Target roles that align with Green Card sponsorship
Radar's sponsorship activity has focused on the EB-2 and EB-3 pathways, which require demonstrated professional expertise. Prioritize roles that demand a specific degree and specialized skills, as these are most likely to support an employment-based Green Card case.
Understand the consulting industry's sponsorship dynamics
Consulting firms often sponsor visas tied to specific client engagements or internal practice areas. When applying to Radar, be prepared to articulate how your role serves a defined business need rather than a generalist function, this strengthens the sponsorship case significantly.
Focus your application on specialized, hard-to-fill expertise
Professional services firms sponsor employees whose skills are difficult to source domestically. Highlight niche technical skills, industry certifications, or domain knowledge in your application materials to position yourself as a strong Green Card sponsorship candidate at Radar.
Ask about sponsorship timelines during the interview process
EB-2 and EB-3 cases involve multi-step processes with the Department of Labor and USCIS. Raise the sponsorship conversation early with Radar's HR or recruiting team so you understand their internal process and can plan your timeline accordingly.
Filter for verified sponsors before applying
Not every consulting firm is willing to sponsor, even if they're hiring. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and focus your energy on companies like Radar that have a documented track record of supporting foreign national employees.
Prepare for a thorough documentation process
Green Card sponsorship through EB-2 or EB-3 requires detailed documentation of your qualifications, job duties, and prevailing wage compliance. Before accepting an offer from Radar, confirm the company works with experienced immigration counsel to manage these requirements.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Radar sponsor H-1B visas?
Based on available sponsorship data, Radar has not demonstrated recent H-1B visa sponsorship activity. Its documented sponsorship has been focused on employment-based Green Card pathways, specifically EB-2 and EB-3 categories. If H-1B sponsorship is a requirement for your situation, clarify this directly with Radar's recruiting team during early conversations.
What visa types does Radar sponsor?
Radar's sponsorship activity has centered on employment-based immigrant visa categories, specifically EB-2 and EB-3 Green Cards. These pathways are suited to professionals with bachelor's or advanced degrees and documented work experience. Candidates seeking nonimmigrant work visa sponsorship should confirm Radar's current capabilities directly with the company's HR or legal team.
Which roles at Radar are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
In consulting and professional services firms like Radar, sponsorship tends to be concentrated in specialized roles requiring specific educational credentials and technical or domain expertise. Positions tied to defined client deliverables or practice areas, rather than generalist support functions, are typically stronger candidates for employment-based Green Card sponsorship.
How do I find open jobs at Radar that offer visa sponsorship?
Migrate Mate is the most efficient way to find roles at Radar and other verified sponsors. Rather than sifting through job listings that don't disclose sponsorship willingness, Migrate Mate lets you filter by companies with a real history of sponsoring foreign national employees, so you can apply with confidence that sponsorship is on the table.
How do I approach the application process at Radar as a visa sponsorship candidate?
Start by confirming that the role you're applying for aligns with EB-2 or EB-3 eligibility requirements, typically a position requiring a specific degree and specialized knowledge. Raise the sponsorship question during the offer stage rather than the initial screening. Come prepared with documentation of your qualifications, and ask whether Radar works with outside immigration counsel to manage the PERM and USCIS filing process.
