- Coordinate with other departments to streamline workflows, manage escalations, and negotiate solutions that benefit both customers and the company
- Manage scheduling, staffing levels, and supervising experience to ensure adequate coverage during peak periods

- Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a call center or customer service environment
