Target roles that align with your specialty occupation
Designs for Health sponsors E-3 visas for professional roles requiring specialized expertise. Focus your application on positions in scientific, clinical, or technical functions where a relevant degree is a clear requirement, not just a preference.
Understand the E-3 process before you apply
The E-3 visa requires employer involvement from the start, including a Labor Condition Application. Coming into conversations with Designs for Health already informed about the process shows professionalism and reduces hesitation from hiring teams unfamiliar with the visa.
Look for roles in health sciences or product development
In healthcare and wellness companies like Designs for Health, sponsored roles tend to cluster around technical and scientific functions. Prioritize applications in areas like nutrition science, regulatory affairs, or product formulation where degree specificity is strongest.
Search for verified sponsoring employers before applying
Not every healthcare company sponsors visas, and job listings rarely say upfront. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, helping you focus your time on employers like Designs for Health with a confirmed track record.
Reach out to the hiring team with confidence about your status
Designs for Health operates in a regulated, professional industry where clear communication is valued. Disclosing your E-3 eligibility early, and briefly explaining what sponsorship involves for the employer, can reduce friction and build trust with recruiters.
Prepare a strong case for specialty occupation status
E-3 approval depends on the role qualifying as a specialty occupation. For Healthcare & Medical Services companies, make sure your resume and offer letter clearly reflect the specialized degree requirements tied to your target role at Designs for Health.

Does Designs for Health sponsor H-1B visas?
Based on available sponsorship data, Designs for Health does not have a track record of sponsoring H-1B visas. The company's visa sponsorship activity is focused on the E-3 visa. If you hold Australian citizenship, the E-3 is the pathway to prioritize when targeting a role at Designs for Health.
What visa types does Designs for Health sponsor?
Designs for Health sponsors the E-3 visa, which is available exclusively to Australian citizens. This is a nonimmigrant work visa for roles that qualify as specialty occupations, meaning they require at least a bachelor's degree in a specific field. Green Card sponsorship does not appear in the company's recent filing history.
What kinds of roles at Designs for Health are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at Designs for Health tends to be tied to professional and technical roles within the healthcare and wellness space. Positions in areas like nutrition science, product development, regulatory affairs, or clinical research are the most plausible candidates, as these roles carry clear degree requirements that satisfy the E-3 specialty occupation standard.
How do I find open sponsored jobs at Designs for Health?
The most efficient approach is to use Migrate Mate, which aggregates visa-sponsoring employers and lets you filter specifically by company, visa type, and industry. Because Designs for Health has a verified sponsorship history, you can find and monitor their open roles directly without having to guess which listings are sponsorship-eligible.
How do I approach the application timeline when targeting a sponsored role at Designs for Health?
The E-3 visa process involves a Labor Condition Application filed by the employer, followed by a consular interview in Australia. This can take several weeks once an offer is made. Starting conversations with Designs for Health early, and being transparent about your timeline and visa requirements, helps both sides plan the process realistically and reduces delays before your start date.
