- In conjunction with engineering, review customer requests to create and validate time allocation for quoting based on different technology stacks.
- Must be able to develop services level of efforts.
- Partner with Engineers to validate time allocation.
- Continually monitor and listen to customer feedback and apply solutions as necessary.
- Responsible for successful transition from signed SOW to delivery teams.
- Draft financials for all change orders.
Basic Qualifications:
- 0-2 years of experience.
- Basic understanding of IT.
- Ability to negotiate and understand customer feedback.
- Ability to quickly develop basic level of business acumen, financial acumen, and basic project management skills.
- Ability to walk through the IT layers and understand how they are interconnected.
- Strong critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
