Job Roles at Serenity Home Healthcare Companies
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Serenity Home Healthcare Visa Sponsorship USA
Target roles that align with EB-2 and EB-3 pathways
Serenity Home Healthcare sponsors Green Cards through EB-2 and EB-3 classifications, which typically cover skilled clinical and care roles. Focus your application on positions where your credentials clearly meet specialty or skilled worker standards in healthcare.
Understand the Green Card timeline before you apply
Employer-sponsored Green Cards through EB-2 and EB-3 involve PERM labor certification, an I-140 petition, and priority date wait times. Going in with realistic timeline expectations shows hiring managers you understand the process and are committed for the long term.
Highlight licensure and clinical credentials prominently
Healthcare employers like Serenity Home Healthcare rely on state-licensed professionals to deliver care. Leading your application with active or pending U.S. licensure, certifications, and relevant clinical experience signals you're ready to contribute quickly, which matters in home healthcare hiring decisions.
Ask about PERM sponsorship during the offer stage, not after
EB-2 and EB-3 sponsorship requires the employer to initiate a PERM labor certification. Raising sponsorship during salary negotiation or offer review, rather than after signing, gives HR enough lead time to begin the process without derailing your start date.
Look for open roles across home healthcare service lines
Serenity Home Healthcare's sponsorship activity is concentrated in clinical and patient-facing roles. Browse verified openings by visa type on Migrate Mate, which surfaces confirmed sponsoring employers so you can filter specifically for Green Card-eligible positions in healthcare.
Prepare documentation that supports a strong PERM filing
A smooth EB-3 or EB-2 PERM process depends on clean employment records, verified credentials, and consistent work history. Gather degree transcripts, licensure documents, and reference letters early so your employer's legal team can build a complete petition file from day one.

Does Serenity Home Healthcare sponsor H-1B visas?
Serenity Home Healthcare does not have a recorded history of H-1B sponsorship. The company's visa sponsorship activity is focused on permanent residence pathways through EB-2 and EB-3 Green Cards. If you're on OPT or CPT and need H-1B sponsorship specifically, this employer may not be the right fit for that visa type.
What visa types does Serenity Home Healthcare sponsor?
Serenity Home Healthcare sponsors EB-2 and EB-3 immigrant visas, which are employment-based Green Card pathways. The company also has experience working with F-1 OPT and F-1 CPT candidates, making it an option for recent graduates in healthcare fields who are building toward long-term U.S. work authorization.
Which roles at Serenity Home Healthcare are most likely to receive Green Card sponsorship?
Sponsorship at Serenity Home Healthcare is concentrated in clinical and patient care roles typical of the home healthcare industry, including registered nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and home health aides. Roles requiring state licensure or specialized clinical training are most commonly supported through EB-2 and EB-3 petitions.
How do I find open sponsored jobs at Serenity Home Healthcare?
The most reliable way to find visa-sponsored openings at Serenity Home Healthcare is through Migrate Mate, which verifies employer sponsorship history and lets you filter jobs by visa type. This saves you from applying to roles where sponsorship isn't actually available, which is a common problem when using general job boards.
How do I approach the interview process at Serenity Home Healthcare as a visa-sponsored candidate?
Come prepared to discuss your visa status clearly and to explain which stage of the Green Card process you're in or expect to pursue. Demonstrating familiarity with the EB-2 or EB-3 PERM process reassures hiring managers that you understand the commitment involved. Emphasize your clinical qualifications first, then address sponsorship as a practical next step in the offer conversation.
