Job Roles at Faraday Future Companies
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Faraday Future Visa Sponsorship USA
Target engineering and technical roles first
Faraday Future's core work is in EV design, software, and powertrain engineering. Roles requiring specialized technical degrees align most naturally with the specialty occupation standard H-1B and Green Card petitions typically require.
Factor in the automotive industry's project cycles
EV companies like Faraday Future hire in waves tied to development milestones. Timing your application around product announcements or funding rounds can improve your chances of landing a role when headcount is actively opening.
Lead with your niche technical expertise
Faraday Future competes for specialized talent in areas like battery systems, autonomous driving, and vehicle software. Highlighting domain-specific skills makes your profile stand out and strengthens the specialty occupation case for visa sponsorship.
Use a platform that verifies sponsorship history before you apply
Not every automotive company openly advertises which visa types they support. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, saving time and helping you focus on employers who have actually filed for candidates like you.
Prepare for Green Card conversations early
Faraday Future has pursued both H-1B and Green Card sponsorship for employees. If long-term U.S. residency is your goal, ask about their permanent residency support process during the offer stage, not after you've already joined.

Does Faraday Future sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Faraday Future sponsors H-1B visas. The company has a track record of filing H-1B petitions, particularly for engineering and technical roles that meet the specialty occupation standard. If you're targeting an H-1B with Faraday Future, focus on roles where a specific bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a genuine requirement, not just a preference.
Which visa types does Faraday Future sponsor?
Faraday Future sponsors a broad range of visa types including H-1B, Green Card (EB-2 and EB-3), F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, TN, and J-1. This makes it accessible to candidates at different stages of their U.S. immigration journey, from students on OPT to experienced professionals pursuing permanent residency.
Which departments or roles at Faraday Future are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at Faraday Future is most concentrated in technical disciplines tied to electric vehicle development, including software engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, and battery systems. Research and development roles are also strong candidates. Positions that require a specific degree field and advanced domain expertise are best positioned for H-1B and Green Card filings.
What does the visa sponsorship process look like at Faraday Future?
For H-1B candidates, Faraday Future would need to file a Labor Condition Application with the Department of Labor before submitting the H-1B petition to USCIS. For OPT and CPT, the timeline is shorter since no USCIS petition is required upfront. Green Card sponsorship typically begins after you've been employed for some time and involves PERM labor certification followed by an immigrant petition. Timelines vary by visa type and your individual situation.
How do I find open roles at Faraday Future that offer visa sponsorship?
Migrate Mate is the most direct way to browse Faraday Future's open positions filtered by sponsorship eligibility. Rather than manually checking whether a job listing supports your visa type, Migrate Mate verifies sponsorship history so you can search with confidence. Look for roles that match your technical background and align with the visa categories Faraday Future has historically supported.
