The role
- Perform vacuum packing as required.
- Monitor block forms and extensions to maintain coagulator system supply.
- Complete required paperwork and quality checks (i.e. X-Ray checks, sampling, etc.) in a legible manner.
- Wash tubs as required.
- Perform Master Sanitation/CIP duties as required.
- Set up the packaging lines for the next day.
- Complete tasks safely while maintaining a safe working environment.
- Perform other tasks as deemed necessary by supervision or management.

- Correct or report any observed safety hazards.
