Target roles that align with H-1B specialty occupation requirements
Brownstone Construction's sponsorship activity centers on the H-1B, which requires a specialty occupation. Focus your applications on engineering, architecture, project management, or technical roles where a specific bachelor's degree is a stated requirement.
Reach out before H-1B cap season closes
Construction firms often finalize hiring decisions later than tech companies. Contact Brownstone's HR team early in the calendar year so there's enough runway to file before the H-1B registration deadline in March.
Highlight construction-specific technical credentials
Brownstone operates in a field where licensure and specialized training matter. Mentioning relevant certifications like PE licensure, PMP, or LEED accreditation signals you bring value that justifies the sponsorship investment for a construction employer.
Search for Brownstone Construction openings on Migrate Mate
Verified sponsorship history matters more than a company's self-reported claims. Migrate Mate surfaces employers with confirmed sponsorship records, so you can find Brownstone Construction roles alongside other construction firms that genuinely sponsor.
Be prepared to explain your work authorization timeline clearly
Construction project cycles run on tight schedules. When applying, communicate exactly when your current authorization expires and what the H-1B sponsorship timeline looks like, so hiring managers can plan around project milestones without surprises.

Find Brownstone Construction JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Brownstone Construction sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Brownstone Construction sponsors H-1B visas. The company has an established record of supporting H-1B petitions for roles in the Construction and Real Estate sector. If you're targeting an H-1B sponsoring employer in this industry, Brownstone is a legitimate option to pursue, particularly for technical and specialty occupation roles where degree requirements are clearly defined.
What visa types does Brownstone Construction sponsor?
Brownstone Construction sponsors the H-1B visa for full-time specialty occupation roles, as well as F-1 OPT and F-1 CPT for students completing degree programs. If you're currently on OPT or CPT and working in a construction-related field, Brownstone may offer a path toward longer-term H-1B sponsorship following a successful work period.
Which roles at Brownstone Construction are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at construction companies like Brownstone tends to concentrate in roles that meet the H-1B specialty occupation standard. That typically includes civil engineers, structural engineers, project managers with technical degrees, and other positions where a specific bachelor's degree is a formal requirement. General labor, site supervision, and administrative roles are less likely to qualify for H-1B sponsorship.
How do I find open positions at Brownstone Construction that offer visa sponsorship?
Migrate Mate is the most reliable way to find Brownstone Construction jobs with confirmed sponsorship history. Rather than relying on job postings that vaguely mention sponsorship, Migrate Mate verifies which employers have actually filed for visas, so you can apply with confidence that the company has a real track record of supporting international candidates.
How do I approach the application process at Brownstone Construction as a visa-dependent candidate?
Be upfront about your visa status early in the process rather than raising it after an offer is extended. Construction firms plan around project timelines, so clearly communicating your current authorization status and the H-1B filing calendar helps the hiring team determine whether sponsorship is feasible for a given role. Demonstrating technical expertise relevant to their projects strengthens the business case for sponsoring your petition.
