Major Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of general cleaning tasks including, but not limited to: Sweeping/mopping floors, buffing floors, spot cleaning, trash collection and removal, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning restrooms and break rooms, and replenishing supplies.
- Ensure that all work performed is in accordance with customer’s and company expectations.
- Complete required reports including communicating work completed, hours used and information needed for billing.
- Attend training class involving project and special service work.
- Travel throughout the Charlotte metro area in a company provided vehicle assisting with cleaning multiple sites as needed.
- Ensure that equipment and vehicles are maintained in a clean, operable condition.
- Stay up to date on all new technologies and procedures pertaining to special services.
- Order and maintain adequate levels of necessary supplies and materials.
- Perform such other duties as assigned by your manager.
