Target engineering and technical roles first
BRINC Drones builds complex autonomous systems, so roles in robotics, embedded software, and hardware engineering are most likely to qualify for H-1B sponsorship. Focus your application on positions with clear degree requirements in a specific technical field.
Understand the defense sector's hiring pace
Aerospace and defense companies like BRINC often hire deliberately due to security considerations and specialized role requirements. Expect a longer interview process and plan your visa timeline accordingly, especially if you're on OPT with a limited runway.
Align your background with public safety applications
BRINC's drones serve law enforcement and emergency response missions. Candidates who can speak to applied experience in those contexts, whether through internships, research, or prior work, stand out in a field where domain knowledge matters as much as technical skills.
Browse verified sponsorship history before applying
Not every job posting signals real sponsorship willingness. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, helping you prioritize BRINC Drones and similar aerospace employers with confirmed visa filing records.

Find BRINC Drones JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does BRINC Drones sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, BRINC Drones sponsors H-1B visas. The company operates in the Aerospace and Defense sector, where specialized technical roles in robotics, software, and hardware engineering commonly meet the H-1B specialty occupation standard. Sponsorship activity has been focused on skilled engineering positions, so applicants with degrees in directly relevant fields are the strongest candidates.
What visa types does BRINC Drones sponsor?
BRINC Drones sponsors H-1B visas, F-1 OPT, and TN visas. This range covers international graduates entering through OPT, experienced professionals pursuing H-1B sponsorship, and Canadian nationals who may qualify for the TN category. The mix reflects a hiring approach that accommodates candidates at different stages of their U.S. immigration journey.
Which roles at BRINC Drones are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at BRINC Drones tends to follow technical hiring needs. Roles in embedded systems, robotics engineering, software development, and hardware design are most aligned with the company's product focus and most likely to qualify under H-1B specialty occupation criteria. Non-technical roles are less commonly sponsored in the Aerospace and Defense sector generally.
How do I find open jobs at BRINC Drones that offer visa sponsorship?
Migrate Mate is the most reliable way to find BRINC Drones openings with confirmed sponsorship history. Because Migrate Mate verifies sponsorship data directly from government filings rather than relying on self-reported job posts, you can be confident that roles surfaced there reflect real sponsorship intent. Filter by company name or industry to narrow your search.
How do I time my application to BRINC Drones around the H-1B cap?
If you need cap-subject H-1B sponsorship, BRINC Drones would need to register you in the annual lottery, which opens in March for an October 1 start date. If you're currently on F-1 OPT, start conversations with hiring managers well before your OPT expires to ensure there's enough lead time to register and, if selected, file a full petition.
