Target engineering and technical roles first
Dassault Falcon Jet's sponsorship activity is concentrated in specialized aerospace and defense functions. Focus your applications on avionics, aircraft maintenance, systems engineering, and quality assurance roles, where visa sponsorship is most commonly tied to genuine skill shortages.
Understand the full range of visas they support
Dassault Falcon Jet sponsors multiple visa types beyond the H-1B, including TN, F-1 OPT, CPT, and Green Card pathways. Knowing which category fits your background lets you tailor your approach and signal to recruiters that you understand the sponsorship process.
Lead with your aerospace credentials in applications
Hiring teams in aerospace and defense evaluate technical depth closely. Highlight licenses, certifications, or degree specializations directly relevant to business aviation when applying, as these strengthen the specialty occupation case employers need to make for H-1B sponsorship.
Explore Green Card sponsorship potential early
Dassault Falcon Jet has sponsored both EB-2 and EB-3 Green Cards, signaling a willingness to invest in long-term talent. If you're targeting permanent residence, ask about the company's PERM sponsorship history during the recruitment process rather than waiting until after an offer.
Use Migrate Mate to find verified open roles
Searching for aerospace employers with real sponsorship history saves significant time. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors like Dassault Falcon Jet so you can filter by visa type and confirm sponsorship activity before you apply, reducing the risk of pursuing companies that won't sponsor.
Apply well ahead of H-1B cap deadlines
If you need H-1B cap sponsorship, registration opens in March and the fiscal year starts October 1. Engage with Dassault Falcon Jet's recruiting team early in the calendar year so there's enough lead time to file before the registration window closes.

If you're targeting an H-1B, focus your application on positions that clearly align with your field of study and professional background.
What visa types does Dassault Falcon Jet sponsor?
Dassault Falcon Jet sponsors a broad range of visa categories, including H-1B, TN, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, J-1, and permanent residence through EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card pathways. This range reflects a company that hires international talent at multiple career stages, from recent graduates on OPT to experienced professionals seeking long-term U.S. work authorization.
Which departments or roles at Dassault Falcon Jet are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at Dassault Falcon Jet is most common in technical and engineering functions tied to business aviation, including aircraft maintenance, avionics systems, quality control, and aerospace engineering. Corporate functions with highly specialized skill requirements have also received sponsorship. Roles with a clear specialty occupation basis, where a degree in a specific field is genuinely required, are the strongest candidates for H-1B and Green Card sponsorship.
How do I find open visa-sponsored jobs at Dassault Falcon Jet?
Migrate Mate is the most direct way to find open positions at Dassault Falcon Jet that come with verified sponsorship history. Rather than guessing whether a company will sponsor, Migrate Mate lets you filter by employer and visa type so you can confirm sponsorship activity before investing time in an application. Check the platform regularly, as aerospace roles can open and close quickly.
How do I time my application to Dassault Falcon Jet if I need H-1B sponsorship?
Timing matters significantly for H-1B-dependent candidates. The H-1B registration window typically opens in early March, with the cap year beginning October 1. To give Dassault Falcon Jet enough lead time to register and file on your behalf, aim to have an offer and begin recruiter conversations no later than January or February. Candidates already on F-1 OPT have more flexibility, since cap-exempt filings can happen year-round if the employer qualifies.
