Job Roles at Glock Companies
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Glock Visa Sponsorship USA
Target roles that align with Green Card sponsorship
Glock's sponsorship activity has focused on permanent residency pathways rather than temporary work visas. Prioritize applying for engineering, technical, or specialized defense roles where long-term employment and EB-2 or EB-3 sponsorship are most likely to be offered.
Understand the EB-2 and EB-3 distinction before applying
Glock sponsors both EB-2 and EB-3 Green Cards, which have different educational and experience requirements. Research which category fits your background before your interview, arriving informed signals seriousness and reduces back-and-forth with HR about eligibility.
Emphasize specialized, hard-to-fill expertise
In Aerospace & Defense, employers like Glock sponsor visas when domestic talent is scarce. Highlight niche technical skills, security-relevant experience, or precision manufacturing knowledge that differentiates you from the local candidate pool and justifies the sponsorship investment.
Be prepared for a longer hiring and sponsorship timeline
Green Card sponsorship through EB-2 or EB-3 involves PERM labor certification, which adds months to the process. When discussing timelines with Glock's HR team, show patience and a clear commitment to long-term employment, it reassures employers that sponsorship costs are worthwhile.
Verify sponsorship history before investing time in an application
Not every Glock job posting will include sponsorship. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, helping you focus your applications on roles where Green Card support is a realistic outcome rather than an afterthought.
Address security clearance requirements early in the process
Aerospace & Defense employers often require security clearances, which can complicate sponsorship for non-citizens. Research whether Glock's open roles require clearance eligibility and clarify your status upfront, it avoids wasted interviews and helps both sides assess fit faster.

Get Access To All JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Glock sponsor H-1B visas?
Based on available sponsorship data, Glock's visa activity has been focused on permanent residency through EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card sponsorship rather than H-1B temporary work visas. If you're pursuing an H-1B, Glock may not be your strongest option, targeting their Green Card pathway is the more realistic route for international candidates.
What visa types does Glock sponsor?
Glock sponsors employment-based Green Cards, specifically under the EB-2 and EB-3 preference categories. EB-2 is typically for professionals with advanced degrees or exceptional ability, while EB-3 covers skilled workers and professionals. Both pathways require PERM labor certification, meaning Glock must demonstrate no qualified U.S. worker is available for the role before sponsoring.
Which roles or departments at Glock are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Glock operates in the Aerospace & Defense sector, where sponsorship tends to concentrate in technical and engineering functions, roles requiring precision manufacturing expertise, quality assurance, or specialized defense-industry knowledge. Positions where the company struggles to fill roles domestically are the most likely candidates for Green Card sponsorship. Broad administrative or non-technical roles are less likely to see sponsorship support.
How do I find open jobs at Glock that offer visa sponsorship?
The most reliable approach is to use Migrate Mate, which surfaces verified employer sponsorship histories so you can confirm Glock's track record before applying. Filter for Green Card-sponsoring employers in the Aerospace & Defense sector to find current openings where sponsorship is a realistic outcome, not just a possibility buried in the fine print.
How do I approach the application process at Glock as an international candidate?
Be upfront about your need for Green Card sponsorship early in conversations, Glock has demonstrated willingness to sponsor, so it's not a disqualifying ask. Come prepared with documentation of your qualifications, understand whether your background fits EB-2 or EB-3 criteria, and set realistic timeline expectations since PERM labor certification can extend the overall process by a year or more.
