Job Roles at Susquehanna International Group Companies
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Susquehanna International Group Visa Sponsorship USA
Target quantitative and technology roles first
SIG's sponsorship activity is concentrated in highly technical roles, quantitative research, software engineering, and trading systems. If your background sits at the intersection of finance and technology, you're targeting the highest-probability sponsorship track the firm offers.
Use Migrate Mate to find verified sponsorship roles
SIG doesn't advertise every sponsored role equally across all channels. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and find SIG openings where sponsorship is confirmed, not just implied.
Prepare for a rigorous technical interview process
SIG is known for one of the most demanding interview processes in quantitative finance, including probability, statistics, and mental math assessments. Sponsorship decisions follow offer decisions, clearing the technical bar is the only path to getting there.
Highlight advanced quantitative degrees prominently
SIG consistently sponsors candidates with strong academic backgrounds in mathematics, statistics, computer science, and physics. For H-1B and Green Card sponsorship in particular, a graduate degree in a quantitative field significantly strengthens your application profile.

Does Susquehanna International Group sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Susquehanna International Group sponsors H-1B visas and has an established track record of doing so across quantitative, technology, and research roles. SIG works with immigration counsel to manage the full sponsorship process, including H-1B cap filings and transfers for candidates already holding H-1B status with another employer.
Which visa types does Susquehanna International Group sponsor?
SIG sponsors a range of visa categories including H-1B, H-1B1, TN, J-1, and F-1 OPT and CPT for students and recent graduates. Which roles or departments at Susquehanna International Group are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at SIG is concentrated in quantitative research, algorithmic trading, software engineering, and technology infrastructure roles. These departments align directly with SIG's core business and represent the areas where the firm competes most aggressively for specialized talent, making them the most active sponsorship tracks for international candidates.
How do I find open visa-sponsored jobs at Susquehanna International Group?
Migrate Mate lists roles from employers with verified sponsorship histories, including SIG. Rather than guessing which postings lead to sponsorship, you can filter specifically for confirmed sponsors in investment and asset management. This saves time and ensures you're applying to roles where international candidates have a real path to authorization.
How do I improve my chances of getting sponsored by Susquehanna International Group?
The strongest candidates for SIG sponsorship combine a rigorous quantitative academic background with demonstrated technical skills in areas like probability, statistics, or systems programming. Applying early, being transparent about your visa timeline, and acing SIG's notoriously demanding interview process are the most reliable ways to reach the sponsorship conversation.
