Align your certifications to Tiger Analytics tooling
Tiger Analytics projects lean heavily on AWS, Azure, and GCP for analytics infrastructure. Before applying, ensure your cloud certifications and portfolio reflect hands-on work with these platforms, not just familiarity, since hiring managers will probe depth during technical screens.
Target roles tied to active client engagements
Tiger Analytics staffs DevOps engineers against specific client projects in analytics and data engineering. Search for postings that reference infrastructure automation or MLOps support, which signal active engagements with immediate headcount needs and faster sponsorship timelines than speculative pipeline roles.
Clarify OPT cap-gap coverage before accepting an offer
If you're on F-1 OPT and your expiration falls between April and October, confirm in writing that Tiger Analytics will file your H-1B petition before your OPT end date. The cap-gap provision extends your authorization through September 30, but only if the petition is filed on time.
Negotiate the H-1B filing timeline into your start date
USCIS H-1B cap filings open in March for an October 1 start. If you're joining Tiger Analytics outside that window, ask whether they'll use premium processing for a change of status or consular filing to avoid gaps in your work authorization.
Use Migrate Mate to filter verified DevOps openings at Tiger Analytics
Verified sponsorship history is hard to confirm from job boards alone. Use Migrate Mate to find Tiger Analytics DevOps listings filtered by the visa types you hold, so you're applying to roles where sponsorship for your specific status is already confirmed.
Document infrastructure experience in quantifiable outcomes
Tiger Analytics serves enterprise analytics clients who measure delivery impact. Frame your DevOps experience around deployment frequency, incident reduction, or pipeline reliability metrics. USCIS specialty occupation determinations also favor documented technical complexity, which this framing supports if your case is later reviewed.

Does Tiger Analytics sponsor H-1B visas for DevOps roles?
Yes, Tiger Analytics sponsors H-1B visas for DevOps engineers. The company participates in the annual H-1B cap lottery, which USCIS runs each spring for an October 1 start date. If you're already in the U.S. on a valid nonimmigrant status, Tiger Analytics can also petition for a change of status rather than requiring consular processing.
How do I apply for DevOps jobs at Tiger Analytics?
You can find Tiger Analytics DevOps openings on their careers page or through Migrate Mate, which filters listings by visa sponsorship type so you can confirm eligibility before applying. Prepare a resume that emphasizes cloud infrastructure, CI/CD tooling, and measurable delivery outcomes, since Tiger Analytics hiring screens for depth on these areas early in the process.
Which visa types does Tiger Analytics sponsor for DevOps positions?
Tiger Analytics sponsors H-1B, F-1 OPT, and F-1 CPT for DevOps roles, and supports employment-based Green Card pathways including EB-2 and EB-3 through the PERM labor certification process. TN visa sponsorship is also available for Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying specialty occupations. The right pathway depends on your current status and long-term immigration goals.
What qualifications does Tiger Analytics expect for DevOps roles?
Tiger Analytics typically expects hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, along with proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or Ansible and CI/CD systems such as Jenkins or GitLab. A background in supporting data engineering or machine learning infrastructure is a strong differentiator, since much of the DevOps work sits at the intersection of platform engineering and analytics delivery.
How long does the sponsorship and hiring process take at Tiger Analytics?
For H-1B cap cases, the timeline runs from March registration through USCIS to an October 1 employment start, roughly six to seven months. For OPT or CPT hires, work can begin immediately upon offer acceptance if your authorization is current. PERM-based Green Card sponsorship typically begins after one to two years of employment and can take two or more years depending on your country of birth and USCIS processing volumes.
