Align your portfolio to analytics delivery work
Tiger Analytics evaluates Business Analysts on client-facing project experience, not just technical credentials. Document case studies where you translated data findings into business recommendations, since that delivery pattern maps directly to how they staff client engagements.
Target openings tied to specific industry verticals
Tiger Analytics organizes Business Analyst roles around client verticals like financial services, retail, and healthcare. Applying to a role aligned with your domain background strengthens your specialty occupation case if the position later supports an H-1B petition.
Use Migrate Mate to surface active Business Analyst openings
Tiger Analytics posts Business Analyst roles across multiple locations and engagement types. Use Migrate Mate to filter for sponsorship-confirmed openings so you're applying to positions where international candidates are actively considered, not discovered as a complication after interviews.
Understand how PERM fits a long-term plan here
Tiger Analytics sponsors EB-2 and EB-3 Green Cards for retained employees. If you're targeting permanent residence, ask during the offer stage how the company structures PERM timelines relative to H-1B approval, since labor certification can take 12 to 18 months before USCIS filing.
Confirm TN eligibility if you hold Canadian or Mexican citizenship
Business Analyst roles can qualify under the TN visa category when the position requires a relevant degree and the job duties are analytical rather than managerial. Confirm the specific DOL occupational classification with the hiring team before your offer is finalized.

Does Tiger Analytics sponsor H-1B visas for Business Analysts?
Yes, Tiger Analytics sponsors H-1B visas for Business Analyst roles. The company participates in the annual H-1B lottery each April, which means timing your offer to align with the cap season matters. If you're already in H-1B status with another employer, Tiger Analytics can file an H-1B transfer, letting you start without waiting for a new cap slot.
How do I apply for Business Analyst jobs at Tiger Analytics?
Applications go through Tiger Analytics's careers portal, where roles are listed by practice area and location. You can also find sponsorship-confirmed Business Analyst openings through Migrate Mate, which filters specifically for positions open to international candidates. Tailoring your application to the client vertical the role serves strengthens your initial screening, since Tiger Analytics staffs analysts by industry domain.
Which visa types does Tiger Analytics commonly use for Business Analyst hires?
Tiger Analytics sponsors H-1B, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, TN, EB-2, and EB-3 for Business Analyst positions. OPT and CPT are typically used for recent graduates entering the role directly from U.S. academic programs. H-1B covers the longer-term employment path, while EB-2 and EB-3 support permanent residence for employees who remain with the company through the PERM process.
What qualifications does Tiger Analytics expect for Business Analyst roles?
Tiger Analytics looks for a bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical field such as computer science, engineering, statistics, or business analytics. Practical experience with SQL, data visualization tools, and structured problem-solving is expected. Client-facing project work or experience translating analytical outputs into business recommendations is weighted heavily, particularly for mid-level positions that require USCIS to confirm specialty occupation status under H-1B.
How long does the visa sponsorship process take for a Business Analyst offer from Tiger Analytics?
For H-1B transfers from existing status, employment can begin once USCIS receives the petition, typically within a few weeks of filing. For new H-1B cap cases, expect an April lottery filing with an October 1 start date at earliest. PERM-based Green Card sponsorship adds 12 to 18 months for the DOL labor certification stage alone, so early conversations about long-term sponsorship intent are practical during the offer negotiation.
