Tailor your resume to analytics infrastructure
Tiger Analytics deploys data platforms for enterprise clients, so IT Support candidates who highlight experience with cloud environments, data pipelines, or BI tool administration stand out over generalist helpdesk profiles. Frame your resume around the tech stack, not just ticket resolution.
Verify your OPT STEM extension eligibility early
IT Support roles at a technology firm like Tiger Analytics can qualify under STEM OPT if your degree is in a STEM-designated field. Confirm your CIP code with your DSO before applying so you're not caught short if an offer moves quickly.
Search open IT Support roles on Migrate Mate
Migrate Mate filters jobs by visa type and sponsor history, so you can surface Tiger Analytics IT Support openings that match your current status without sorting through roles that don't sponsor. Start there before going to the company's own careers page.
Ask about H-1B cap timing during screening
If you're targeting an H-1B, the USCIS lottery runs once a year with an April 1 filing window. In early-stage interviews at Tiger Analytics, clarify whether they're planning to register you for the upcoming lottery cycle so you can align your timeline accordingly.
Understand how PERM affects long-term planning
Tiger Analytics sponsors EB-2 and EB-3 Green Cards, which require DOL PERM labor certification. That process typically takes one to two years before an I-140 petition is filed, so raise Green Card sponsorship in offer negotiations, not after you've already signed.
Request confirmation of E-Verify enrollment before accepting
F-1 OPT and CPT work authorization legally requires your employer to be E-Verify enrolled. Before accepting an offer, confirm Tiger Analytics has active E-Verify participation so your I-9 and OPT employment authorization documentation process without complications from day one.

Does Tiger Analytics sponsor H-1B visas for IT Support roles?
Yes, Tiger Analytics sponsors H-1B visas for IT Support positions. Because the H-1B is subject to the annual USCIS cap and lottery, timing matters. If you're targeting this path, engage with Tiger Analytics recruiters well before the March registration window so the company can include you in the selection process for the upcoming fiscal year.
How do I apply for IT Support jobs at Tiger Analytics?
You can apply directly through the Tiger Analytics careers page, or use Migrate Mate to find their open IT Support roles filtered by visa sponsorship type. Before applying, tailor your application to reflect experience with enterprise technology environments, since Tiger Analytics operates across complex client data ecosystems rather than traditional in-house IT helpdesk settings.
Which visa types does Tiger Analytics commonly use for IT Support positions?
Tiger Analytics sponsors H-1B, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, TN, EB-2, and EB-3 for IT Support roles. F-1 candidates often start on OPT or CPT during or after their studies, then transition to H-1B through employer sponsorship. TN is an option for Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying technology occupations. EB-2 and EB-3 represent longer-term Green Card pathways.
What qualifications does Tiger Analytics expect for IT Support candidates?
Tiger Analytics works heavily in data and analytics, so IT Support candidates with experience in cloud platforms, enterprise software administration, or data infrastructure tooling are better positioned than those with purely helpdesk backgrounds. A bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field is typically expected, and hands-on experience with ticketing systems and network environments strengthens your profile.
How do I plan my timeline if Tiger Analytics is sponsoring my visa?
Timeline depends on your visa category. OPT authorization can begin on your program end date if your I-765 was filed on time with USCIS, so apply early. H-1B sponsorship follows a fixed annual cycle with an October 1 start date, meaning offers typically need to be in place by early the same year. PERM-based Green Card sponsorship is a multi-year process, so discuss it at the offer stage.
