Agent Product Manager
About Titan
Titan is building the AI workforce for IT. We deploy AI agents across our portfolio of Managed Service Providers and enterprise customers: agents that monitor, triage, and resolve work across the service desk, infrastructure, security, identity, endpoint, and application operations. The result is faster resolutions, better uptime, and more proactive, personalized support, delivered 24/7.
In under a year we've raised over $100M from General Catalyst, 8VC, and CalPERS, acquired market-leading MSPs like RFA, and put agents into production in large enterprises. We've automated 100K+ tickets across 400+ customers. Our tech team has talent from Scale AI, CoreWeave, Vanta, Dropbox, Meta, FiveRings, TwoSigma, Harvard, Stanford, and MIT.
Joining Titan means helping redefine how work gets done in IT services, and building a $100B company.
About the Role
As an Agent Product Manager, you get Titan's AI agents working in our enterprise clients. You learn each environment, map the systems and workflows, encode client policies, and stand agents up in production, then tune them until they're resolving real work reliably. This is a hands-on, technical role that sits between product and the field: your job is to take agents from "configured" to "trusted and resolving tickets at scale," and to turn what you learn into a better product.
You work closely with Forward Deployed Engineers, who own the overall relationship, while you drive the agent deployment itself, from initial integration through tuning, measurement, and expansion across new workflows.
- Deploy AI agents in client environments: integrate Titan with each customer's tooling, encode their policies, and get agents resolving work in production.
- Tune for reliability: monitor agent performance, debug failures, and iterate on prompts, workflows, and guardrails until resolution quality and trust are high.
- Map systems and workflows: learn each client's service desk, identity, cloud, security, and endpoint stack, and design how agents fit into it.
- Expand coverage: identify new workflows and ticket types agents can take on, and roll them out with minimal disruption.
- Turn field learnings into product: partner with Engineering to make deployment faster and more repeatable, and feed real-world findings back into the platform and roadmap.
Who You Are
- 3+ years in a Product Management, Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Architect, or similar deployment-focused role.
- Hands-on and technical: proficient with scripting and APIs, with the aptitude to learn identity, cloud, and security/endpoint tooling.
- Fluent alongside AI tools, and able to design and tune AI-native workflows.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and speed. You'd rather ship and iterate than wait for a perfect spec.
- Detail-driven and reliability-minded: you care that agents work correctly in production, not just in a demo.
Compensation Range: $185K - $250K

Target roles that align with seasonal or project-based demand
Titan's Facilities & Property Services work often peaks around specific seasons or contracts. Focus your application on roles tied to those cycles, as that's when H-2B sponsorship activity is most likely to open up.
Understand what the H-2B visa requires before you apply
Titan sponsors H-2B visas, which are for temporary non-agricultural workers. Confirm the role is genuinely temporary and that you meet the job requirements before reaching out, since H-2B eligibility is tied closely to the nature of the work.
Look for facilities, maintenance, and property service roles specifically
Sponsorship at Titan is concentrated in its core business areas. Roles in groundskeeping, custodial services, building maintenance, and property management are the most likely to come with H-2B sponsorship attached.
Apply early in the hiring cycle
H-2B visas are subject to a federal cap, and employers must file well before a worker's start date. Getting your application in early gives Titan time to complete the required labor certification and petition process before quota limits hit.
Use a platform that filters by verified sponsorship history
Not every job listing at a company like Titan will involve sponsorship. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and focus only on the openings that are actually relevant to your visa situation.
Be upfront about your visa needs from the first conversation
Facilities and property services employers often hire quickly. Disclosing your H-2B sponsorship requirement early avoids wasted time and signals to Titan's hiring team that you understand the process and are a realistic candidate.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Titan sponsor H-1B visas?
Based on available sponsorship data, Titan does not have a track record of sponsoring H-1B visas. Their sponsorship activity is focused on the H-2B visa category, which covers temporary non-agricultural workers. If you require H-1B sponsorship, you'll likely need to look at employers in different industries with a history of sponsoring that visa type.
What visa types does Titan sponsor?
Titan's sponsorship activity is concentrated in H-2B visas, which are designed for temporary workers in non-agricultural industries. This aligns with the nature of Facilities & Property Services work, where demand for labor can be seasonal or project-specific. If you're pursuing a different visa category, Titan may not be the right fit for your situation.
What types of roles at Titan are most likely to come with visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at Titan tends to be tied to its core service lines, including building maintenance, groundskeeping, custodial services, and property management operations. These are the roles most likely to be filled through the H-2B program. Corporate or administrative positions are generally not sponsored based on Titan's historical hiring patterns.
How do I find open sponsored jobs at Titan?
Migrate Mate is the most reliable way to find Titan roles that include visa sponsorship. The platform aggregates verified sponsorship data so you can see which employers are actively sponsoring and filter job listings accordingly. This helps you avoid applying to roles where sponsorship is unlikely and focus your energy on genuine opportunities at companies like Titan.
How do I time my application to improve my chances at Titan?
H-2B sponsorship involves a multi-step government process, including labor certification and a federal visa cap, so timing matters significantly. Titan typically needs to initiate sponsorship well before a role's start date. Applying during early hiring cycles, before peak season demand kicks in, gives both you and the employer enough runway to complete the process successfully.
