About Titan
Titan is an award-winning wealth manager with a mission to increase our generation’s compound growth rate. We plan to do this by putting a human wealth advisor in every pocket. Historically, wealth managers have been accessible to only the ultra-wealthy. With Titan, they’re available to everyone. We harness frontier technologies like artificial intelligence to build a platform that gives advisors superpowers, enabling them to serve clients they historically never could. Backed by a16z, General Catalyst, Sam Altman, and many others, we manage over $1 billion in assets for clients across the country.
Why Join Titan
For the right person, we believe Titan will be one of the most rewarding jobs they ever have.
- Ambitious Vision: When we put private wealth management in every pocket, we’ll make a legacy-defining impact in growing our generation’s wealth to new heights.
- Critical Why Now: The advent of LLMs unlocks our vision to democratize personalized wealth management for everyone. This drives our urgency every day.
- Disproportionate Impact: We’re still at the beginning of our journey with a small team, which means your impact at Titan will disproportionately matter.
- Vibrant In-Person Culture: We thrive on being a high-touch team, working together in the trenches in person (you’ll see our founders in office every day).
- Compensation: Titan offers competitive cash compensation and well-above-market equity packages because we want every team member to be an owner.
- World-Class Investors: We’re backed by top investors who share our bold vision, including a16z, General Catalyst, Y Combinator, and Sam Altman.
Role Overview
We are hiring a Biz Dev Lead to expand Titan’s presence in organizations where clients already exist or are likely to exist.
In plain terms: you identify, build, close & maintain relationships with companies, startups, universities, professional associations, and communities that drive new clients to Titan. Whether it’s driving a deal to make Titan the preferred wealth partner of a mid sized tech company, or having our CEO speak at a local business school to teach financial education, you’ll strategize and execute on your top new client initiatives. In this role, you’ll start as the sole member of the team driving impact, then within several quarters, assuming you’re operating successfully, you’ll have the opportunity to scale the team.
This is a full cycle, relationship generation role. You focus on opening doors and creating access, helping broaden the fly-wheel to expand Titan’s client base.
What You Will Do
Generate organizational opportunities
- Identify and prioritize organizations where Titan’s clients already exist or may emerge
- Develop creative wedges into both obvious and non obvious channels
- Build and maintain relationships with decision makers such as HR leaders, program directors, and community leads
- Coordinate access and opportunities for the CEO and Chief Financial Planner to present Titan offerings
Support broader growth efforts
- Work alongside marketing to leverage inbound leads and referral channels
- Turn organizational relationships into broader awareness and potential client engagement opportunities
- Build lightweight, repeatable motions to generate organizational opportunities
Define and refine the playbook
- Build target lists, messaging, and outreach from scratch
- Test different organizational wedges and double down on what works
- Create repeatable channels for growth over time
What We Are Looking For
Hunter mentality
You can get in the room with almost anyone, such as corporate HR, a university club, a startup founder, or a community leader, and create opportunities from nothing
Full cycle scrappiness
You generate your own pipeline, open doors yourself, and move fast without relying on others
Proven relationship builder
You have personally established meaningful connections and can maintain them to create access for senior leadership
Comfortable in ambiguity
You have operated at early stage companies where there is no playbook, no perfect lists, and no handholding, because you are the one building it
Builder mindset
You write your own outreach, develop your angles, and iterate quickly based on what works
Years of experience
5 to 8 years in BD, partnerships, or sales, enough to have real judgment and relationships, but still highly execution oriented
Strategic intuition
You can identify not just where clients exist, but where they may exist, and build channels to reach them before anyone else does
Compensation Range: $130K - $180K

How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Titan Visa Sponsorship USA
Target roles that align with seasonal or project-based demand
Titan's Facilities & Property Services work often peaks around specific seasons or contracts. Focus your application on roles tied to those cycles, as that's when H-2B sponsorship activity is most likely to open up.
Understand what the H-2B visa requires before you apply
Titan sponsors H-2B visas, which are for temporary non-agricultural workers. Confirm the role is genuinely temporary and that you meet the job requirements before reaching out, since H-2B eligibility is tied closely to the nature of the work.
Look for facilities, maintenance, and property service roles specifically
Sponsorship at Titan is concentrated in its core business areas. Roles in groundskeeping, custodial services, building maintenance, and property management are the most likely to come with H-2B sponsorship attached.
Apply early in the hiring cycle
H-2B visas are subject to a federal cap, and employers must file well before a worker's start date. Getting your application in early gives Titan time to complete the required labor certification and petition process before quota limits hit.
Use a platform that filters by verified sponsorship history
Not every job listing at a company like Titan will involve sponsorship. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and focus only on the openings that are actually relevant to your visa situation.
Be upfront about your visa needs from the first conversation
Facilities and property services employers often hire quickly. Disclosing your H-2B sponsorship requirement early avoids wasted time and signals to Titan's hiring team that you understand the process and are a realistic candidate.

Does Titan sponsor H-1B visas?
Based on available sponsorship data, Titan does not have a track record of sponsoring H-1B visas. Their sponsorship activity is focused on the H-2B visa category, which covers temporary non-agricultural workers. If you require H-1B sponsorship, you'll likely need to look at employers in different industries with a history of sponsoring that visa type.
What visa types does Titan sponsor?
Titan's sponsorship activity is concentrated in H-2B visas, which are designed for temporary workers in non-agricultural industries. This aligns with the nature of Facilities & Property Services work, where demand for labor can be seasonal or project-specific. If you're pursuing a different visa category, Titan may not be the right fit for your situation.
What types of roles at Titan are most likely to come with visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at Titan tends to be tied to its core service lines, including building maintenance, groundskeeping, custodial services, and property management operations. These are the roles most likely to be filled through the H-2B program. Corporate or administrative positions are generally not sponsored based on Titan's historical hiring patterns.
How do I find open sponsored jobs at Titan?
Migrate Mate is the most reliable way to find Titan roles that include visa sponsorship. The platform aggregates verified sponsorship data so you can see which employers are actively sponsoring and filter job listings accordingly. This helps you avoid applying to roles where sponsorship is unlikely and focus your energy on genuine opportunities at companies like Titan.
How do I time my application to improve my chances at Titan?
H-2B sponsorship involves a multi-step government process, including labor certification and a federal visa cap, so timing matters significantly. Titan typically needs to initiate sponsorship well before a role's start date. Applying during early hiring cycles, before peak season demand kicks in, gives both you and the employer enough runway to complete the process successfully.
