Align your credentials to USMCA categories
TN eligibility depends on your occupation matching a specific USMCA profession, not just your job title. For Arclight Wireless roles in medical devices, check your occupation against O*NET to confirm it maps cleanly to an eligible USMCA category before applying.
Request an offer letter covering TN requirements
Arclight Wireless's offer letter must specify your job title, duties, intended length of employment, and the USMCA profession category. Missing any of these details at the border or consulate can result in a denial, so confirm every element is included before you travel.
Prepare your degree credentials for border presentation
Canadian nationals present TN documentation directly at the port of entry, so bring your original degree certificate and transcripts. Medical device engineering roles at Arclight Wireless typically require a degree in a directly related field, so ambiguous credentials slow the process considerably.
Target Arclight Wireless roles that match TN-eligible occupations
Not every open position at Arclight Wireless qualifies for TN. Focus your search on roles like engineer, scientist, or computer systems analyst. Use Migrate Mate to filter Arclight Wireless job listings by visa type and surface roles most likely to support TN admission.
Understand Mexican nationals face a different process
If you're a Mexican national, TN admission requires a visa stamp from a U.S. consulate before travel, unlike Canadians who apply at the border. Confirm with Arclight Wireless's HR team whether they support consular processing and factor in consulate wait times when planning your start date.
Verify your wage offer meets prevailing wage standards
While TN doesn't require an LCA, your salary should reflect the going rate for the role. Use the OFLC Wage Search to look up the prevailing wage for your occupation and location, then compare it against Arclight Wireless's offer before accepting to avoid post-admission complications.
Arclight Wireless, LLC TN Visa Sponsorship: Frequently Asked Questions
Does Arclight Wireless, LLC sponsor TN visas?
Arclight Wireless, LLC hires TN professionals and issues offer letters for Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying USMCA roles. TN is treaty-based admission, so Arclight Wireless doesn't file a petition. Instead, it provides the documentation you need to present at the border or U.S. consulate yourself.
Which roles at Arclight Wireless, LLC are eligible for TN admission?
TN eligibility is defined by the USMCA professions list, not Arclight Wireless's job titles. Within medical devices, roles that commonly qualify include engineers, scientists, and computer systems analysts. Check your specific occupation against USCIS guidance and O*NET to confirm it maps to an eligible USMCA profession before pursuing an offer.
How do I start the TN process after receiving an offer from Arclight Wireless, LLC?
Once Arclight Wireless provides a qualifying offer letter, Canadian nationals travel directly to a U.S. port of entry with their credentials and documentation. Mexican nationals must first obtain a TN visa stamp at a U.S. consulate. In either case, you present the offer letter, degree, and relevant professional documents to the officer.
How long does TN admission take at Arclight Wireless, LLC?
For Canadian nationals, TN admission happens at the port of entry and typically resolves within hours on the day of travel, assuming documentation is complete. Mexican nationals must factor in consulate scheduling, which can add several weeks. Coordinate your intended start date with Arclight Wireless's HR team to build in adequate buffer.
How do I find open TN-eligible jobs at Arclight Wireless, LLC?
Use Migrate Mate to search Arclight Wireless job listings filtered by TN visa type. This surfaces roles most likely to result in a qualifying offer letter rather than requiring you to manually assess each posting. Prioritize engineering and technical roles in the medical devices division, as those most commonly align with USMCA-eligible occupations.
How does TN visa admission work at Arclight Wireless, LLC?
TN status is granted under the USMCA treaty — there is no USCIS petition or Labor Condition Application required. Canadian citizens can apply directly at a U.S. port of entry with an offer letter from Arclight Wireless, LLC, while Mexican citizens must first obtain a TN visa at a U.S. consulate. The role must match one of the professions listed in USMCA Appendix 1603.D.1. Migrate Mate filters TN job listings to roles that fall within the eligible profession list.
