Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding KPMG TN Visa Sponsorship Jobs USA
Match your credentials to USMCA professions
The TN category only covers specific USMCA-listed occupations. For KPMG roles, Accountant is the most common qualifying designation. Confirm your degree and professional credentials align with the exact USMCA occupation definition before applying, not after receiving an offer.
Target KPMG's advisory and tax practices
KPMG's Tax, Audit, and Deal Advisory practices consistently hire professionals eligible for TN status. Roles in these groups involve the analytical and attestation work that maps cleanly to USMCA-listed accounting and management consultant occupations, improving your chances of a smooth admission.
Verify your wage offer against prevailing rates
Before accepting an offer, cross-check your offered salary against the OFLC Wage Search for your occupation and location. While TN doesn't require a prevailing wage certification, underpayment relative to market rates can create credibility issues at the border or consulate.
Use Migrate Mate to find KPMG TN openings
Searching for TN-eligible roles manually is time-consuming. Migrate Mate filters job listings by employer TN history and occupation eligibility, so you can identify active KPMG openings where TN admission is a realistic outcome before you invest time applying.
Request a detailed offer letter early
KPMG's offer letter is your primary document at the port of entry or consulate. Ask HR to specify your job title, duties, USMCA occupation category, and employment period. A vague letter is the leading cause of TN delays or refusals at the border.
Prepare your credential documents before your border appointment
Canadian applicants present documents directly at the port of entry with no advance petition. Have your degree certificates, professional designations, and any CPA or CA membership records organized and ready. Missing a single credential document can result in a same-day refusal with no appeal window.
KPMG TN Visa Sponsorship: Frequently Asked Questions
Does KPMG sponsor TN visas?
KPMG supports TN admission for Canadian and Mexican professionals in qualifying roles. It doesn't file a petition or LCA on your behalf. Instead, KPMG issues an offer letter that you present at the port of entry or U.S. consulate. The process is faster than H-1B visa sponsorship and isn't subject to a cap or lottery.
Which KPMG roles typically qualify for TN status?
TN eligibility at KPMG is strongest in Audit, Tax, and Advisory functions, where roles align with USMCA-listed occupations such as Accountant and Management Consultant. Roles with mixed responsibilities or titles that don't map to a recognized USMCA profession may face scrutiny. Review the USMCA professions list and your O*NET occupation profile before targeting a specific team.
How do I start the TN process after receiving a KPMG offer?
Once KPMG issues your offer letter, Canadian citizens apply at the port of entry with no advance scheduling required. Mexican citizens schedule a visa interview at a U.S. consulate. In both cases, you bring the offer letter, degree credentials, and proof of citizenship. USCIS is not involved in most TN admissions at the border.
How long does TN admission take at KPMG?
For Canadians, TN admission at the port of entry typically takes a few hours on the day of travel, assuming documents are complete. Mexican nationals follow the consular visa process, which can take several weeks depending on appointment availability. Unlike H-1B, there's no USCIS processing queue, so timelines are largely driven by your preparation and consulate wait times.
How do I find open TN-eligible jobs at KPMG?
Migrate Mate filters KPMG job listings by TN eligibility and occupation category, saving you the manual work of cross-referencing postings against the USMCA professions list. Focus your search on Audit, Tax, and Advisory openings, and confirm that the role's core duties align with your designated USMCA occupation before submitting your application.
How does TN visa admission work at KPMG?
TN status is granted under the USMCA treaty — there is no USCIS petition or Labor Condition Application required. Canadian citizens can apply directly at a U.S. port of entry with an offer letter from KPMG, while Mexican citizens must first obtain a TN visa at a U.S. consulate. The role must match one of the professions listed in USMCA Appendix 1603.D.1. Migrate Mate filters TN job listings to roles that fall within the eligible profession list.
