Job Roles at Tower Hill Insurance Group Companies
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Tower Hill Insurance Group Visa Sponsorship USA
Target roles that align with Tower Hill's core operations
Tower Hill's sponsorship activity centers on roles tied to insurance underwriting, claims, actuarial analysis, and operations. Focus your application on positions where your technical background directly supports the company's property insurance business.
Understand which visa types Tower Hill has sponsored
Tower Hill has sponsored Green Card pathways including EB-2 and EB-3 categories, and supports OPT, CPT, TN, and J-1 visas. Knowing which categories they've used helps you present yourself as a candidate who fits their existing sponsorship workflow.
Highlight specialized skills that are harder to hire domestically
Employers in the insurance sector are more likely to sponsor when a candidate fills a clear skills gap. Actuarial credentials, catastrophe modeling experience, or deep underwriting specialization strengthen the case for sponsorship at a focused insurer like Tower Hill.
Research open roles before reaching out to recruiters
Tower Hill's hiring is concentrated in specific operational areas. Browse verified sponsoring employers on Migrate Mate, which surfaces real sponsorship history so you can filter for insurance companies actively supporting international candidates before you invest time applying.
TN visa applicants should confirm role classification in advance
Tower Hill sponsors TN visas, which require the role to fall within a qualifying USMCA occupation category. Before applying, verify that your target position, such as accountant, engineer, or computer systems analyst, maps clearly to an approved TN classification.

Get Access To All JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Tower Hill Insurance Group sponsor H-1B visas?
Tower Hill Insurance Group's recent sponsorship activity has focused on Green Card pathways rather than H-1B petitions. The company has supported EB-2 and EB-3 immigrant visa categories, along with nonimmigrant options including F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, TN, and J-1. Candidates seeking H-1B sponsorship specifically should clarify the company's current position during the recruiting process, as sponsorship priorities can shift based on hiring needs.
What visa types does Tower Hill Insurance Group sponsor?
Tower Hill Insurance Group has sponsored a range of visa categories including EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card pathways, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, TN, and J-1 visas. This mix suggests the company is comfortable supporting both early-career international candidates and those pursuing longer-term permanent residence, making it a legitimate option for candidates at different stages of their immigration journey.
Which departments or roles at Tower Hill Insurance Group are most likely to sponsor visas?
Tower Hill's sponsorship is most likely in roles tied to its core property insurance operations, including underwriting, claims, actuarial, data analytics, and corporate functions like finance and IT. Candidates with specialized credentials in insurance-related fields, particularly those that are difficult to source domestically, tend to be the strongest fit for sponsored positions at a focused regional insurer like Tower Hill.
How do I find open jobs at Tower Hill Insurance Group that offer visa sponsorship?
The most reliable approach is to use Migrate Mate, which aggregates jobs from verified sponsoring employers and lets you filter by visa type and company. Because Tower Hill's sponsorship history is documented, you can search for current openings with confidence that you're targeting a company with a real track record of supporting international candidates, rather than relying on unverified job postings.
How do I approach the application timeline if I need visa sponsorship at Tower Hill Insurance Group?
Start your application as early as possible relative to your work authorization deadline. If you're on OPT, CPT, or a TN, Tower Hill needs time to confirm role eligibility, align HR and legal resources, and complete any required filings. For Green Card sponsorship, the EB-2 and EB-3 pathways involve PERM labor certification, which adds significant lead time. Raise your sponsorship needs clearly and early in the process rather than waiting until an offer stage.
