Ensure that branch staff minimizes cash losses to the bank by following security guidelines and procedures.

Generate new business relationships by participating in activities for generating new business such as sales calls and civic, social and community events.

Provide guidance and supervision regarding policy and procedures to branch staff.

Provide ongoing training to branch staff in regard to bank products and services in addition to customer interaction.

Provide ongoing supervisor training and continually develop Assistant Retail Manager.
