How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Westchester Country Club Visa Sponsorship USA
Target seasonal roles aligned with the H-2B program
Westchester Country Club sponsors workers through H-2B, which covers temporary non-agricultural roles. Focus your search on seasonal hospitality, grounds, and food service positions, these are the roles most likely to come with sponsorship attached.
Apply early, H-2B hiring runs on a strict government calendar
H-2B sponsorship requires employer petitions filed well ahead of start dates. Westchester Country Club plans its seasonal workforce months in advance, so applying early gives you the best chance of being included in an active petition cycle.
Highlight relevant hospitality or club experience in your application
Westchester Country Club is a high-end private club with demanding service standards. Candidates with backgrounds in luxury hospitality, golf operations, or private club environments will stand out and strengthen the case for sponsorship investment.
Understand that H-2B status is tied to your employer
H-2B visas are employer-specific and role-specific. If your position at Westchester Country Club ends, your authorized status ends with it. Plan for seasonal employment cycles and clarify rehire expectations before accepting an offer.
Look for roles in departments with a history of sponsored hiring
Sponsorship at clubs like Westchester typically concentrates in food and beverage, housekeeping, golf course maintenance, and guest services. Prioritize applications in these departments to align with where H-2B demand is strongest.
Use a platform that shows verified sponsorship history when searching
Not every club job listing mentions visa sponsorship upfront. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, helping you focus on employers like Westchester Country Club with a demonstrated commitment to hiring international workers.

Get Access To All JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Westchester Country Club sponsor H-1B visas?
Westchester Country Club's sponsorship activity is concentrated in the H-2B temporary worker program, not H-1B. H-1B visas are designed for specialty occupations requiring at least a bachelor's degree, which doesn't align with most roles at a private club. Job seekers looking for H-1B sponsorship should evaluate whether their target role genuinely qualifies as a specialty occupation before applying.
What visa types does Westchester Country Club sponsor?
Westchester Country Club sponsors workers through the H-2B visa program, which covers temporary, non-agricultural workers in seasonal roles. This is common in the Sports & Recreation and private club industry, where seasonal demand for hospitality, groundskeeping, and food service staff regularly exceeds the available local workforce. H-2B is currently the primary pathway for international candidates targeting this employer.
Which departments or roles at Westchester Country Club are most likely to be sponsored?
H-2B sponsorship at private clubs like Westchester Country Club typically concentrates in departments with predictable seasonal demand, food and beverage, golf course maintenance, housekeeping, and guest services. These roles are filled on a recurring basis each season, and employers in this industry file H-2B petitions specifically to staff these positions when domestic labor is insufficient to meet peak-season needs.
How do I apply to Westchester Country Club for a sponsored position?
Start by identifying open roles in departments where H-2B sponsorship is most common, then apply well ahead of the season. H-2B petitions are filed by the employer on your behalf, so you need to be selected and onboarded before the government deadline. Migrate Mate lists verified H-2B sponsors including Westchester Country Club, letting you find active openings and confirm sponsorship eligibility before you apply.
How do I know if Westchester Country Club is actively sponsoring this year?
Westchester Country Club has a consistent pattern of participating in the H-2B program across seasons, making it a reliable target for international job seekers in hospitality and recreation. Sponsorship activity can shift year to year based on seasonal needs and government cap availability, so it's worth confirming current openings through an up-to-date source. Migrate Mate tracks verified sponsorship history so you can see whether the employer is actively hiring sponsored workers this cycle.
