Job Roles at Arthur Companies Companies
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Arthur Companies Visa Sponsorship USA
Target roles aligned with seasonal agricultural cycles
Arthur Companies hires agricultural workers tied to planting and harvest seasons. Timing your application to match peak farming periods significantly improves your chances of landing a sponsored H-2A position before roles are filled.
Understand the H-2A program before you apply
H-2A visas are temporary and tied to a specific employer and job. Knowing how the program works, including job duration, housing provisions, and return requirements, helps you ask informed questions and stand out as a prepared candidate.
Emphasize relevant agricultural or farming experience
Arthur Companies operates in a hands-on industry where practical fieldwork matters. Highlight any prior experience with crops, livestock, machinery, or farm labor in your application to demonstrate you can contribute immediately in a physical working environment.
Verify sponsorship history before committing time to an application
Not every agricultural employer sponsors visas consistently. Arthur Companies has a documented H-2A sponsorship track record, confirm this before applying. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history rather than guessing.
Be ready for employer-managed housing and transport arrangements
H-2A employers like those in Agriculture & Farming are often required to provide housing and transportation. Clarify these arrangements with Arthur Companies early so you understand your living situation before accepting an offer and relocating.
Apply early to allow time for H-2A processing
H-2A petitions involve Department of Labor certification and USCIS filing before your visa interview. Start the process well ahead of your intended start date, agricultural employers typically initiate sponsorship weeks before the season begins.

Get Access To All JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Arthur Companies sponsor H-1B visas?
Based on available sponsorship data, Arthur Companies does not have a recorded history of sponsoring H-1B visas. Their sponsorship activity is concentrated in the H-2A program, which is designed for temporary agricultural workers. Job seekers looking for H-1B sponsorship should target employers in sectors like technology, finance, or healthcare rather than agricultural operations like Arthur Companies.
What visa types does Arthur Companies sponsor?
Arthur Companies sponsors H-2A visas, which are temporary work visas for foreign nationals filling seasonal or temporary agricultural jobs in the United States. This is consistent with their Agriculture & Farming operations. They do not have a known track record sponsoring H-1B, Green Card, or E-3 visas, so candidates should be clear-eyed that H-2A is the relevant pathway here.
How do I find open H-2A jobs at Arthur Companies?
The most reliable way to find current sponsored openings at Arthur Companies is through Migrate Mate, which tracks employers with verified visa sponsorship histories and surfaces roles tied to actual filing activity. Because H-2A positions are seasonal, availability shifts quickly, checking regularly during peak agricultural hiring periods gives you the best chance of catching openings before they close.
Which roles at Arthur Companies are most likely to receive H-2A sponsorship?
H-2A sponsorship at agricultural employers like Arthur Companies typically covers field workers, crop harvesters, irrigation workers, and general farm laborers, roles directly tied to seasonal production cycles. These are physical, hands-on positions rather than office or management roles. If your background is in agricultural fieldwork or farm operations, those are the positions most likely to come with H-2A sponsorship.
How do I approach the application timeline when targeting Arthur Companies?
H-2A sponsorship involves multiple steps before you can start work: the employer files a job order with the State Workforce Agency, obtains Department of Labor certification, then files with USCIS, and finally you attend a consular interview. This process typically takes several weeks from initiation to visa approval. Arthur Companies will generally begin this process well before the season starts, so engaging early and being responsive to documentation requests is essential.
