Target corporate and brand functions, not just retail
Richemont's visa sponsorship is concentrated in corporate roles spanning finance, marketing, merchandising, and supply chain, not store-level retail. Focus your search on Richemont's U.S. headquarters functions to find the roles most likely to come with sponsorship support.
Understand that luxury hiring moves on brand timelines
Richemont's Maisons, Cartier, IWC, Vacheron Constantin, each hire on their own cycles. Monitor individual brand career pages year-round rather than assuming a single annual hiring window, since roles open as collections launch or business needs shift.
Position your degree as central to your specialty occupation case
H-1B eligibility at Richemont requires demonstrating a clear link between your degree field and the role. Luxury goods roles in areas like brand strategy or product development benefit from backgrounds in business, design, or a directly related discipline.
Green Card pathways are part of Richemont's sponsorship picture
Richemont has sponsored both H-1B and permanent resident visas, signaling a willingness to invest in long-term talent retention. If you're targeting a Green Card pathway, ask about the company's practice during later-stage interviews rather than at the initial screening.
Speak the language of luxury brand stewardship in your application
Richemont values candidates who understand heritage, craftsmanship, and brand equity, not just operational skills. Frame your experience around how you've elevated or protected a brand, as this resonates with Richemont's culture and differentiates you in competitive hiring pools.
Use Migrate Mate to filter verified sponsoring employers in luxury
Finding luxury employers with real sponsorship history takes more than a keyword search. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by actual sponsorship history, helping you focus your time on companies like Richemont that have a demonstrated track record.

Find Richemont JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Richemont sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Richemont sponsors H-1B visas for qualified candidates in specialty occupation roles. Sponsorship is most common in corporate functions such as finance, marketing, merchandising, and supply chain management. Individual Maisons within the Richemont group, including Cartier and IWC, may handle hiring and sponsorship independently, so it's worth researching each brand's U.S. operations separately.
What types of visas does Richemont sponsor?
Richemont sponsors both H-1B nonimmigrant work visas and permanent resident (Green Card) visas under the EB-2 and EB-3 preference categories. This combination suggests the company is willing to support employees through longer-term immigration pathways, not just temporary work authorization, a meaningful signal for candidates planning a career in the U.S. luxury sector.
Which departments or roles at Richemont are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at Richemont tends to be concentrated in professional and corporate roles requiring specialized expertise, think brand management, financial planning and analysis, product merchandising, and supply chain operations. Retail associate and in-store roles are rarely sponsored. Targeting corporate positions at Richemont's U.S. offices gives you the strongest chance of finding a role that includes sponsorship support.
How do I time my application to Richemont around H-1B visa deadlines?
The H-1B cap registration window typically opens in March, with approved petitions taking effect October 1. To align with this, aim to have an offer and completed petition paperwork in place well before March. Start building your relationship with Richemont's talent team in the preceding fall or winter so there's enough runway for the employer to prepare your sponsorship materials before the registration deadline.
How do I find open roles at Richemont that offer visa sponsorship?
The most reliable approach is to search for Richemont and its individual Maisons on Migrate Mate, which surfaces verified sponsoring employers so you can confirm sponsorship history before applying. Richemont posts roles under both the parent company name and individual brand names like Cartier and Van Cleef & Arpels, so searching broadly across the group will give you the most complete picture of what's available.
