Gather Hospitality Documentation Before Applying
Private clubs like Wianno Club expect Customer Service applicants to demonstrate prior experience in member-facing or guest services environments. Collect reference letters, employment verification, and any certifications specific to recreation or hospitality before you reach the interview stage.
Target Seasonal Openings in Early Spring
Wianno Club's Customer Service hiring aligns with its recreational season. H-2B positions are tied to the employer's peak period petition, so applications submitted outside that window rarely lead to sponsorship. Watch for openings posted between January and March.
Understand How H-2B Sponsorship Actually Works
H-2B sponsorship requires the employer to file a temporary labor certification with DOL before USCIS reviews your petition. You won't file anything yourself. Confirm with the hiring contact that the club has already initiated or plans to initiate that certification for the role you're applying to.
Ask Directly About Visa Timing During Interviews
H-2B petitions must be filed well ahead of your intended start date, and USCIS caps the category annually. If you're in a late-stage interview, ask whether the club has already submitted its labor certification so you can assess whether the timeline is still workable for you.
Browse Open Roles Using Migrate Mate
Wianno Club's Customer Service openings are listed on Migrate Mate alongside verified sponsorship history for the role type. Search and filter by visa category to confirm current H-2B availability before investing time in the application process.
Align Your Experience With Member Services Expectations
Wianno Club serves a private membership base, so Customer Service roles require discretion, familiarity with club environments, and strong interpersonal skills. Frame prior experience in golf clubs, yacht clubs, resorts, or private recreation facilities prominently in your resume and interview responses.

Find Customer Service at Wianno Club JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Wianno Club sponsor H-1B visas for Customer Service roles?
Wianno Club does not sponsor H-1B visas for Customer Service positions. H-1B classification requires a role that qualifies as a specialty occupation, typically requiring at least a bachelor's degree in a specific professional field. Customer Service roles at a private recreation club don't meet that threshold. The visa type the club sponsors for these positions is the H-2B, which covers temporary nonagricultural workers in seasonal roles.
What visa types does Wianno Club sponsor for Customer Service positions?
Wianno Club sponsors the H-2B visa for Customer Service roles. H-2B is a temporary work visa designed for seasonal or peak-load positions in industries like hospitality and recreation. The employer must demonstrate that U.S. workers aren't available to fill the need, file a temporary labor certification with DOL, and then petition USCIS on the worker's behalf. It's not a path to permanent residence.
How do I apply for Customer Service jobs at Wianno Club?
Start by finding open Customer Service listings at Wianno Club on Migrate Mate, where roles with verified sponsorship history are listed by visa type. Apply directly through the listing and follow up with the club's hiring team to confirm whether H-2B sponsorship is available for the specific opening. Given H-2B's tight filing windows tied to DOL certification, reaching out early in the hiring cycle significantly improves your chances.
What qualifications does Wianno Club expect for Customer Service roles?
Wianno Club operates as a private club serving a member-based recreational community, so Customer Service hires are expected to have prior experience in similar environments, such as country clubs, yacht clubs, or upscale resorts. Strong communication skills, professional presentation, and familiarity with member services or concierge-style interactions are consistently valued. Formal hospitality credentials or recreation industry experience strengthens your application.
How do I time my application to align with H-2B sponsorship deadlines?
H-2B sponsorship is tied to strict DOL and USCIS filing deadlines that occur months before the actual start date. Wianno Club's recreational peak season means its H-2B petitions are typically initiated in late winter. Applying in January or February gives you the best chance of being considered before the club's paperwork is finalized. Applications submitted after the certification window closes generally can't be added to that season's petition.
