Apply early in the season cycle
Wianno Club's H-2B sponsorship follows strict seasonal hiring windows tied to Cape Cod's summer season. Applications submitted well before the season opens give you the best chance of being included in the club's annual filing.
Target roles that align with club operations
Private clubs like Wianno primarily sponsor H-2B workers for hospitality, groundskeeping, and recreation support roles. Focus your application on positions that directly support member services, course maintenance, or food and beverage operations.
Understand the H-2B temporary worker framework
H-2B sponsorship is tied to a specific job offer and season, it's not transferable between employers. Make sure you understand the temporary nature of the role before applying, as your visa authorization ends when the season does.
Demonstrate seasonal work experience
Wianno Club looks for candidates who can hit the ground running in a high-service environment. Prior experience in private clubs, golf courses, or seasonal resorts strengthens your application and signals you're ready for the pace of a busy summer season.
Search for verified sponsoring employers before applying
Not all sports and recreation employers sponsor visas, which makes targeting the right ones critical. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and focus your effort on clubs actively hiring international workers.
Be prepared for a structured onboarding process
Private clubs with an active H-2B sponsorship track record typically run structured pre-arrival onboarding for international hires. Respond promptly to document requests and coordinate closely with HR to avoid delays that could affect your visa processing timeline.

The club does not have a known track record of sponsoring H-1B, Green Card, or E-3 visas.
Which roles at Wianno Club are most likely to receive H-2B sponsorship?
H-2B sponsorship at Wianno Club is typically concentrated in roles that support the club's seasonal operations, including food and beverage staff, groundskeeping and course maintenance, housekeeping, and member services. These are the departments where private clubs most commonly demonstrate a temporary labor need sufficient to qualify for H-2B certification.
How do I apply for a sponsored position at Wianno Club?
Start by identifying open seasonal roles at Wianno Club as early as possible, since H-2B filings are tied to fixed start dates and cap allocations.
