Job Roles at Belmont Country Club Companies
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Belmont Country Club Visa Sponsorship USA
Target roles in turf management and hospitality operations
Belmont Country Club's sponsorship activity is concentrated in operational roles, grounds crew, golf course maintenance, and food and beverage. Focus your application on these departments, where the club has an established pattern of supporting foreign workers.
Understand the H-2B seasonal cycle before applying
Belmont sponsors H-2B visas for temporary seasonal work, which follows a fixed annual cycle tied to USCIS cap dates. Research when the club typically hires for peak seasons and time your outreach several months in advance to align with their filing window.
Ask directly about permanent sponsorship if you want a Green Card
Belmont has demonstrated willingness to pursue permanent residency pathways through EB-2 and EB-3 categories. When interviewing, ask which roles qualify for long-term sponsorship, not every position the club fills will have that pathway available.
Frame your experience around country club or private club environments
Private clubs like Belmont value candidates who understand high-end member services and hospitality standards. Highlighting experience in luxury or private club settings signals cultural fit and reduces employer hesitation around sponsorship investment.
Search for current openings on a platform that shows real sponsorship history
Not all job boards verify whether an employer actually sponsors visas. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, helping you confirm Belmont Country Club's active status before you invest time in an application.
Be patient with the EB-3 timeline if pursuing a permanent role
EB-3 sponsorship at hospitality employers like Belmont typically involves PERM labor certification, which adds months to the process. Go in with realistic expectations, permanent sponsorship is a genuine option here, but it requires a long-term employment commitment.

Does Belmont Country Club sponsor H-1B visas?
Belmont Country Club does not have a history of sponsoring H-1B visas. Their sponsorship activity centers on H-2B visas for seasonal workers and EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card pathways for permanent positions. Job seekers in specialty occupations requiring H-1B sponsorship should note that Belmont is not a typical fit for that visa category given the nature of its industry.
What visa types does Belmont Country Club sponsor?
Belmont Country Club sponsors H-2B visas for temporary seasonal roles and supports permanent residency through EB-2 and EB-3 immigrant visa categories. The H-2B is used for recurring seasonal demand in areas like grounds maintenance and hospitality, while Green Card sponsorship is reserved for workers in longer-term or more specialized positions the club has difficulty filling domestically.
Which departments or roles at Belmont Country Club are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at Belmont Country Club is most common in golf course maintenance, turf management, and food and beverage operations. These are the departments where seasonal labor demand is highest and where the club has an established record of filing for H-2B workers. Permanent sponsorship through EB-3 tends to apply to skilled tradespeople or supervisory roles within those same departments.
How do I find open jobs at Belmont Country Club that offer visa sponsorship?
The most reliable approach is to search on Migrate Mate, which indexes verified sponsoring employers and lets you filter opportunities by visa type and industry. This way you can confirm Belmont Country Club's current hiring activity and sponsorship status before applying. Reaching out directly to the club's HR department during their seasonal hiring window is also effective, since H-2B roles are often filled quickly.
How do I know if Belmont Country Club will sponsor my specific visa category?
Belmont's sponsorship is concentrated in H-2B and Green Card categories, so your eligibility depends on both the role and your immigration situation. If you're seeking temporary seasonal work, H-2B is the relevant pathway. If you're looking for a longer-term position with a Green Card route, ask specifically during the interview whether the role qualifies for EB-3 PERM sponsorship, as not every position at the club will support that process.
