Frame your experience around client delivery
Deloitte's Customer Service roles sit inside consulting engagements, not contact centers. Reframe your resume around client escalation handling, stakeholder communication, and service delivery metrics to match the language Deloitte actually uses in job postings.
Target roles tied to specific practice areas
Deloitte organizes Customer Service hiring by service line, such as Government and Public Services or Technology consulting. Applying through a specific practice increases your visibility with hiring managers who control sponsorship decisions for their team's headcount.
Raise sponsorship early in final-round interviews
Deloitte's offers move through a centralized HR process. If you wait until the written offer stage to confirm sponsorship, delays can push your start date past your OPT or grace period window. Ask directly during final-round discussions.
Use Migrate Mate to filter open roles by sponsorship history
Deloitte posts Customer Service openings across multiple portals simultaneously. Use Migrate Mate to surface the specific roles where Deloitte has an active sponsorship track record, so you're applying where your visa type is already understood and expected.
Prepare LCA documentation before your start date
Deloitte must file a Labor Condition Application with the DOL before your H-1B or E-3 petition can be submitted to USCIS. Confirm with your recruiter that this process has started at least 60 days before your intended first day to avoid authorization gaps.

Find Customer Service at Deloitte JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Deloitte sponsor H-1B visas for Customer Service?
Yes, Deloitte sponsors H-1B visas for Customer Service roles where the position qualifies as a specialty occupation requiring a relevant bachelor's degree or higher. These roles typically sit within specific consulting practice areas rather than general support functions, so the job description and your degree field need to align clearly for the petition to hold up at USCIS.
Which visa types does Deloitte sponsor for Customer Service roles?
Deloitte sponsors H-1B, H-1B1, and E-3 visas for nonimmigrant work authorization, along with EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card pathways for candidates seeking permanent residence. E-3 is available only to Australian citizens, and H-1B1 is limited to Chilean and Singaporean nationals. The right category depends on your nationality, degree level, and career stage.
What qualifications does Deloitte expect for Customer Service roles?
Most Customer Service positions at Deloitte require a bachelor's degree in a field relevant to the consulting practice the role supports, such as business, communications, or information systems. Practical experience with client escalation management, CRM platforms, or service delivery in a professional services environment is weighted heavily. Roles tied to government contracts may also require specific clearance eligibility.
How do I apply for Customer Service jobs at Deloitte?
You can apply directly through Deloitte's careers portal, where roles are organized by service line and location. To find positions where visa sponsorship is actively supported, browse listings on Migrate Mate, which surfaces Customer Service openings at Deloitte filtered by sponsorship track record. Tailor your application to the specific practice area, not just the job title, to improve your chances of moving past initial screening.
How long does the visa sponsorship process take once Deloitte extends an offer?
After an offer is confirmed, Deloitte's immigration team initiates the Labor Condition Application with the DOL, which typically certifies within seven business days. The H-1B petition is then filed with USCIS, with standard processing running several months and premium processing available in roughly 15 business days. For H-1B cap-subject cases, you must be registered in the lottery in April for an October 1 start date, so timing your job search accordingly matters.
