Sales Representative – Low Voltage Security Systems
Compensation: $60,000 Base Salary + Commission
Employment Type: Full-Time

Are you a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, creating opportunities, and closing deals from start to finish? We are seeking a driven Sales Representative to help grow our business in the low voltage security industry. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on developing their own pipeline, understanding customer needs, and guiding projects from initial contact through project handoff.

Our company specializes in commercial security solutions including access control systems, video surveillance, and burglar alarm systems.

What You'll Do:

• Generate and source new leads through networking, prospecting, referrals, and business development activities
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of customers and opportunities
• Meet with customers to understand operational and security needs
• Design and recommend low voltage security solutions including:
• Access control systems
• Video surveillance systems
• Burglar alarm systems
• Prepare proposals, estimates, and presentations
• Manage and lead the sales process from prospecting to contract execution
• Conduct site visits and perform needs assessments
• Build long-term customer relationships and maintain excellent customer service
• Collaborate with operations and installation teams to ensure successful project execution
• Meet and exceed sales goals and revenue targets

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in B2B sales, security systems sales, low voltage systems, construction-related sales, or a similar field preferred
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to generate your own leads and develop business opportunities
• Experience creating proposals and presenting solutions
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
• Basic understanding of access control, surveillance, and alarm systems is preferred (training available for the right candidate)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
