As a Customer Experience Specialist at MercyOne, you will receive customer and family complaints, coordinate investigation and aid in resolution through closure. Serve as a consulting resource to leaders, physicians, and colleagues on matters related to the MercyOne experience. Supply data summaries regarding the customer experience and provide areas of opportunity for improvements. Ensure that MercyOne is in compliance with grievance rules and regulations. Work in collaboration with Eastern Division.

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
