INTRODUCTION
Tyler Technologies is looking for a Marketing Data & Reporting Analyst to support the development of scalable data pipelines and reporting solutions that enable data-driven marketing operations. This role is focused on data integration, transformation, and dashboard development, ensuring reliable and consistent data across Tyler’s marketing technology ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Data Pipeline Automation and Management Data Integration & Engineering:
- Design and build data pipelines using API integrations/ETL tools to integrate data from CRM, marketing automation platforms, Customer data platforms, advertising/web/social platforms, and other MarTech tools
- Develop and maintain centralized marketing datasets and Lakehouse structures in accordance with company standards
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and governance across systems by developing and maintaining sequential update schedules
- Write and maintain complex SQL queries and python scripts for data extraction transformation and aggregations to prepare clean, standardized datasets for reporting consumption
- Perform data validation, troubleshooting, and reconciliation across integrated sources by developing scripts to monitor automations and identify failure points

Assist marketing users with routine task optimizations and process automations as needed

Reporting & Dashboard Development:
- Collaborate/partner with business users and operations teams across marketing and sales to understand reporting needs and develop effective visualizations, KPIs and reports to measure and monitor success
- Build and maintain Advanced Power BI dashboards and reports to support marketing performance tracking for Executive level to individual contributors
- Develop semantic models, reusable datasets, and DAX measures for scalable reporting
- Automate reporting processes, optimize dashboard performance and maintain report refresh schedules
- Prioritize and handle an array of ad hoc requests from the team, including building custom reporting for specific vertical needs and automations to eliminate manual task etc.

Develop effective presentations for Quarterly business reviews and other read outs

Collaboration & Project Execution:
- Partner with Marketing, Sales and IT teams to clearly understand business processes for effective reporting to support marketing initiatives
- Leverage AI capabilities to reduce manual efforts and deliver faster, more actionable insights to stakeholders at different levels within the organization
- Present reports clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Own/prioritize/manage projects and tasks and share project/status updates
- Document end to end technical processes for internal use, and report documentation for end users
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree or equivalent work experience in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
- Certifications in specific/relevant skills mentioned above is a plus
- 3–5+ years of experience in data engineering, reporting, or BI roles
- Strong experience with:
- Microsoft Fabric (data pipelines, dataflows, notebooks, Lakehouse concepts)
- Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboards)
- SQL Server (advanced querying, stored procedures and process automations)
- Interpreting API documentation and building API connections for data pipelines
- Advanced skills in Excel (macros, pivots, formulas)
- Advanced skills in building Power Point presentations for business reviews
- Experience integrating data from Dynamics CRM, Marketo, Google Analytics/Big Query, advertising/social or similar platforms
- Experience with integrating data from customer data platforms like Treasure AI (CDP) is a plus
- Proficiency in Python for data integration, automation and transformation
- Experience with effective use of Generative AI tools for data automation, report building
- Experience with Project Management and collaboration tools like JIRA and Confluence
- Soft Skills:
