CLA is growing and seeking to hire an experienced Data Analyst Senior to join our talented Information Technology team. The position offers growth, flexibility, and a collaborative work environment.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This role makes use of the Microsoft Power Platform or a scripting language to clean up data for analysis and/or visual display in a report or dashboard, and they work out details regarding data access to support a project. They gain greater autonomy in creating solutions and may guide others, undertake administrative duties, fulfill support roles, and engage in new business development.
How you’ll create opportunities in this Data Analyst Senior role:
Data Analysis: Participate in the collection and analysis of data using a variety of data tools. Together with the Data Analytics team, support the building and implementing of solutions for external clients and internal projects. Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques.
Data Development: Develops custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets. Develop predictive analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence techniques. Use existing processes and tools to monitor and analyze solution performance and accuracy, and communicate findings to team members.
Seamless Client Service: Leverage a comprehensive understanding of CLA's range of services to provide clients with integrated and seamless service offerings and make recommendations for business development.
Mentorship: May review and delegate the work of Associates. May act as a Peer Advisor and/or Career Coach to assist other family members in growing their inspired careers.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
4 years of customer support experience required
Bachelor's degree or a combination of relevant experience and training may be considered in lieu of a degree.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Technical Competencies:
ServiceNow Business and Process Analysis preferred
ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB experience preferred
ServiceNow Reporting and Analytics preferred
Stakeholder facilitation and Communication preferred
Understanding of ITIL best practices preferred
Agile delivery tools and methodology experience preferred
Understanding of utilizing Key Performance Indices (KPIs) within relevant industries and services preferred
Understanding of software development concepts such as modularization, variable scoping, and object-oriented vs functional programming preferred
* Ability to extract data from potentially disparate data sources in order to support a data product or solution preferred
