Role: DBA (Construction Automation)
Location: Oak Ridge, TN
Duration: 12 Months
Schedule: Office/Project
Overview:
Join the Uranium Processing Facility (UPF) Construction organization as a Construction Automation Specialist. This role involves monitoring construction data, ensuring alignment of engineering and procurement data feeds, and supporting the implementation of project tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor construction client Standard Applications Programs (BSAPs) and assure data feeds from Engineering and Procurement are aligned and functioning properly
- Assess data quality in TEAMWorks to ensure construction data input is properly managed
- Perform SQL and Oracle Database administration
- Develop reports using SSRS and PowerBI
- Create Process Director forms and maintain Software Quality Assurance (SQA) documentation
- Support the implementation of project tools
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter, highly motivated, and able to work well in a team environment
- Familiarity with nuclear quality and commercial practice standards
- Experience with SQL and Oracle database administration
- Experience developing complex reports/views combining data from multiple sources
- Experience with SQA documentation
- Physically able to conduct field inspections and participate in project walk-downs, including extensive walking, climbing, and maneuvering in confined spaces
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge and experience of DOE, DOD, and/or commercial nuclear construction projects
- Working knowledge of client Standard Work Processes Procedures (SWPPs) and related BSAPs
- Knowledge of client Zero Accidents safety program
- Recent experience working in a client Automation Role
- Familiarity with TeamWorks, Process Director, SSRS, PowerBI, and other client applications
- Recent experience with SQA Documentation
