3) Flexible project management: steps into active projects and workstreams to plan, coordinate teams, and track dependencies and follow-through.

Position Summary:
The Project Manager coordinates and delivers digital initiatives across Digital analytics, marketing and internal delivery teams, using Agile practices to bring transparency, collaboration, and steady progress. The role may collaborate with marketing, analytics, content, SEO, customer experience, and technology teams, as well as external agency partners.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and coordinate teams and workstreams to deliver on time and on scope
- Manage Jira boards and backlogs, run sprint planning, and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives)
- Establish and maintain Jira standards, workflows, and documentation as needed as well as change management with internal teammates
- Track dependencies, risks, and blockers, and drive them to resolution with internal and agency partners
- Maintain clear project documentation, status updates, and reporting
- Keep teams aligned and communicate progress and next steps to stakeholders
- Support additional projects and workstreams as priorities shift

- C1/C2 English proficiency
