- Install, troubleshoot, and repair inventory control and video surveillance equipment in retail environments.

- Work directly with customers, providing training and support to maximize system performance.
- Manage service calls efficiently while maintaining accurate documentation.
- Maintain parts inventory to maximize first-time fix rates and customer satisfaction.
