Position: IVR Software Developer
Location: Cleveland, OH
Duration: 22 Months

1. Java/J2EE – strong expertise in backend development.

Core Development Skills:
- Java/J2EE – strong expertise in backend development.
- Microservices
- Struts Framework – understanding and experience maintaining legacy systems.
- Spring MVC & Spring Boot – for building scalable microservices and APIs.
- REST & SOAP Web Services – API creation and consumption.
- JSON/XML data handling.
- Front End: JavaServer Page for VoiceXML (JSV) and Java server page.
IVR/Telephony:
- Understanding of IVR call flows, SIP
- Experience with IVR platforms such as Genesys and cloud telephony (e.g., Twilio, Google Dialogflow).
- Familiarity with speech recognition (ASR) and text-to-speech (TTS) engines
Database:
- Strong SQL skills with Oracle and PostgreSQL.
- Experience with stored procedures, indexing, and query optimization.
Build & Deployment:
- CI/CD experience using Git, Maven, Jenkins, or similar tools.
- Basic knowledge of Docker and cloud deployment (GCP).
Preferred Skills
- Migration of IVR applications from monolithic Struts apps to Spring Boot microservices.
- Knowledge of AI-driven conversational IVR solutions.
