TK Elevator is currently seeking an experienced Work Order Coordinator I located in Atlanta, GA.
This position will manage client systems to ensure the timely and accurate creation, dissemination, and documentation of work orders against deadlines. Supports the effective response of branch operations to emergent issues and is vital to the time, resource, and cost accounting of work performed by field employees.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Receives, verifies, and disseminates work requests from customers.
- Manages work orders, enters labor, contract, and materials charges against the work orders and closes work orders when complete.
- Maintains the integrity of the work order system data.
- Processes confidential information.
- Maintains a complex filing system.
- Prioritizes work to successfully meet the needs of internal and external customers.
- Develops processes relative to the work control system.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Leads work order-based customer meetings.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- HS Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Experience with customer service, sales, and office administration necessary.
- 0-2 years’ experience with customer service, sales, and office administration necessary.
- Strong customer service skills, Outlook inbox management, high Excel competencies, professional/virtual/telephone skills, and time management, preferred.
- Strong customer service focus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong computer skills.
- A cultivated attention to detail.
- Strong Microsoft Excel abilities.
- Background in facilitating large scale projects involving a multitude of people and documentation.
- Experience with facilities management.
